Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours

*Just before 8 am this morning, a Palestinian terrorist attempted to stab Border Guards at the Qalandiya Checkpoint. No Israelis were wounded; the terrorist was shot and killed.

Have you read about this attack anywhere?

Did you read about any of the following attacks that occurred yesterday?

*”Rock” assaults on Israeli families at Wadi Joz, Issawiya, Kalandiya, Abu Dis, Karni Shomron, Halhul, Lahimza, Duma, Makel, and Gush Etzion.

*”Rock” and Molotov attacks on IDF forces and Border Guards at Sira, Husan, A-Ram, Al Khader, Jalazun, and Beit Ummar.

Of course you didn’t see anything about these terror attacks. They are never reported by the media.

Details of the Obama Administration Collusion With the Palestinians Continue to Leak Out

An Egyptian newspaper is continuing to reveal the extraordinary details of how the Obama Administration worked to bring Security Council 2334 to the table.

Yesterday, the paper detailed how a high level PLO delegation led by Saeb Erekat secretly traveled to Washington in mid-December to meet with top officials of the White House and State Department. Among the comments reported was that of Susan Rice who denounced PM Netanyahu for seeking “to destroy the two-state solution.”

Aside from hammering out the details of the Resolution, the parties also discussed the incoming Trump Administration, and the Egyptian newspaper reports that Erekat threatened that in the event that the US Embassy will be transferred to Jerusalem, the Palestinians will call for the expulsion of all U.S. embassies in the capitals of Arab and Muslim countries.

Has the PLO ever had any strategy for “peace” except to try to threaten and intimidate?

Whatever happened to the concept of freedom?

As regular readers of israelstreet know, your humble servant went to Hevron with the despicable group “Breaking the Silence” in November.

This morning, the following news item caught my eye:

A 12-year-old boy who is a resident of the  Jewish community of Hebron was arrested a short time ago while filming a Breaking the Silence tour of the city. The child was taken to the police station for questioning, and it remains unclear on what basis he is being detained.

How did we get to a point at which the police will arrest a 12-year-old boy for filming a group of people walking through Hevron? The police could just as easily have detained your humble servant because I did exactly the same thing.

TODAY’S BLOG

April 1, 1933 At The United Nations

In the understandable rush to condemn Security Council Resolution 2334, another egregiously anti-Israel resolution that passed the United Nations General Assembly last Friday has been overlooked.

In that General Assembly Resolution, the U.N. allocated $138,000 “to create a database of companies that maintain a business relationship, directly or indirectly, with Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem.”

In short, we are back to April 1, 1933 in Nazi Germany. The U.N. will now condemn any company that has a relationship with the Jews of Israel.

Just substitute Israel for Deutschland. By the way, note who signed this call for "boykott". The countries of the U.N. that voted for the Resolution can add their names.

The Resolution which is a direct outgrowth of the BDS movement was passed almost unanimously and a subsequent Resolution sponsored by Israel to overturn it failed by a vote of 148 against, 7 for (Palau, Marshall Islands, Guatemala, Canada, Australia, US, Israel), 6 abstaining.
