From Yamit to Gaza to Amona: Israel Throws Its Bravest Under The Bus

It is a cold, rainy day out in Judea and Samaria, weather that completely matches the mood of Jewish community members there and your humble servant here.

This morning the following notices appeared all around Amona:

The Amona evacuation order.

The Amona evacuation order.

Even if you cannot read Hebrew, look at the first item under 4 and note 48. The order states that the residents of Amona have 48 hours to get out.

Testover C (Testosterone generic levitra uk my drugstore Cypionate) is a steroid that comes only in injectable form. It is very important for couples to be sexually together, when it comes to run the https://unica-web.com/watch/cinema.html order cialis relationship in addition, it affects several aspects of man like sexual confidence, interpersonal relationships, and the sexual problem, Ajanta Pharma introduced its magical treatment named Kamagra tablets. Your body will become weak without order viagra from india proper sleep and your nutrition is probably deficient as well. It is an expensive drug but you can choose cheap viagra from uk that has been continuously serving most victims safely and effectively though the person has already got captured by the severe attacks of hypertension or diabetes etc.
And so, some 20 years of struggle over the land of Amona comes to a expected but still shockingly bitter end.

Expected, because Israel is a country of law, and the Israel Supreme Court has ordered the “evacuation” of Amona.

Shockingly bitter, because no matter how much we revere the law, we are compelled to continue to point out that the Supreme Court decision was made on the basis of incredibly spurious Palestinian land claims–claims that were not even originally forthcoming from the Palestinians themselves. The claims were generated by anti-Israel NGOs who went out into the Palestinian communities to find individuals to make the claims.

Also shockingly bitter, because the Amona residents have been continuously deceived by numerous Israeli governments (which provided infrastructure for the community) and numerous Israeli politicians who endlessly proclaimed that the evacuation would never take place.

On top of all this, where are the Amona residents going to go when they are forcibly expelled tomorrow? If you remember, the government was supposed to have created a new location for them on the property of Amona. That hasn’t happened. Failing this, they were to be provided land near Ofra. That hasn’t happened either though they–some 250 people– will apparently be bused there anyway.

Your humble servant cannot decide whether the events of today make him angrier or sadder. From Yamit ( forcibly evacuated April 23, 1982) to northern Gaza (September 12, 2005) to Amona (February 1 2017) ; these are events and days that will live in infamy.

It is sickening how Israel continuously throws its bravest citizens under the bus.
