Quote of the Day
“The [Trump] plan seeks to curb the expansion of the settlements to allow the feasibility of a Palestinian state. The map attached to the plan is not final.”
Jared Kushner, speaking in an interview on Egyptian television two days ago
To repeat what we have been saying for several days, nothing in the Trump Plan is final. All the concessions that have been made are Israeli concessions.

Netanyahu flies to Uganda . . .
As it turns out, PM Netanyahu’s rushed visit to Uganda was at the invitation of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.
Why did Museveni want Netanyahu to come?
Because he had arranged a meeting between Netanyahu and Abdel Fattah Burhan, the leader of the Sudan.
Apparently, the results of the meeting were that Israel and the Sudan agreed to begin the process of normalization. One benefit of this agreement is that Israeli airlines will be able to fly over the Sudan.
The coronavirus and Israel…
In the last few days, Israeli authorities have taken several definite steps to try to deal with the coronavirus.
Yaakov Litzman, Israel’s Minister of Health, has issued a directive giving the Ministry the power to stop flights to and from China, and to enforce solitary confinement for anyone believed to have the coronavirus in Israel.
With all flights to and from China now being halted, what will be the economic impact on Israel?
From the Calcalist today: “According to CBS data, export of goods to China and Hong Kong accounts for 11% of all Israeli goods exports, 13% if the diamond sector is included. It reached $7.7 billion in 2019…Services export adds another $1 billion, while Chinese tourism to Israel also does its share; overall, export to China in 2019 amounted to around $9 billion. A closer look reveals that Israel’s tech sector will see the most damage: 98.6% of Israeli goods export to China and Hong Kong is industrial, with computer manufacturing, electronic, and optical devices accounting for 70.3%, or around $3.5 billion.”

The truth has now finally been brazenly stated.
For the first time, we finally have it from the horse’s mouth what the Palestinians want. No more fraud about only wanting a state within the “1967 lines”, no more fraud about only wanting a Palestinian capital in “east Jerusalem”, no more fraud about wanting to live in coexistence with Israel.
No more fraud, no more pretense, no more charade.
Yesterday, speaking at a meeting of the PLO cabinet in Ramallah, Mahmoud Abbas laid it all bare for the world to see.
What did he say?
In trashing the Trump Peace Vision, Abbas said that the Trump plan only gives the 13 million Palestinians 11% of the country that they want.
13 million Palestinians.
Where does this number come from?
Even if we take 2.2 million Palestinians in Gaza + 2.5 million Palestinians in Judea and Samaria + 2 million Israeli-Arabs + 5,000,000 Palestinians “refugees”, we still come up a million short.
11% of the land.
Where does this percentage come from?
The Trump Plan calls for a Palestinian state in Gaza, Areas A and B of Judea and Samaria, and a majority of land in Area C.
If Abbas thinks that all of this land is only 11% of what the Palestinians want, we are forced to ask: where is the other 89%?
The answer is a simple one.
It is all of Israel.
Every square millimeter of Israel.
