Breaking News
Just after 9 am this morning, alarms for incoming missiles from Lebanon sounded throughout northern Israel and the Galilee region in such places as Abirim, Elkosh, Sde Meron School, Hurfish, Netua, Fasuta, Peki’in, Tzivon, and Tzuriel.
Apparently it was a false alarm–though one never knows whether to believe the IDF spokesman or not. Here in southern Israel, we have learned over the years that there is no such thing as a false alarm, and the IDF spokesman regularly disseminates false information so that action will not have to be taken against the terrorist perpetrators.

Palestinian Terror In The Last 24 Hours
Along the Gaza border:
Palestinian terrorists in Gaza launched dozens of explosive balloons which landed in the Eshkol and Chof Ashkelon regions–and even as far away as Arad.
At least 11 fires were started.
In response, the IAF launched 4 attacks against Hamas “underground infrastructure targets” (aka empty fields). No terrorists were wounded because the IDF warned them in advance what was going to happen.
In Judea and Samaria:
Palestinian terrorists attempted to kidnap a young Jewish woman in the afternoon. She managed to jump out of their car and escape. The kidnappers are still at large.
Palestinian terrorists attacked an Israeli police car on the Gush Etzion Road-Hevron Road beside Omer.
Palestinian terrorists tried to burn down the Kiryat Arba security fence with Molotovs.
Palestinian terrorists throwing Molotovs attacked a bus near Al-Fawwar and another near Hizma.
Palestinian terrorists attacked Israeli motorists with “rocks” and Molotovs at the Karmi Tzur Junction, Eyal Junction, Qalqilya, on Road 443 near Khirbet Matzabah, Beit Haggai, and on Road 446 near Deir Kadis among other places,
Palestinian terrorists in Ein Al Sultan near Jericho wounded an IDF soldier in the head with a “rock”. She was evacuated by helicopter to a nearby hospital. Another soldier was wounded in the head beside the Hevron Police station.
Palestinian terrorists set fires in the Har Kabir Nature Reserve at Elon Moreh near Shechem.
Your humble servant believes that it is important to remember that Palestinian terror attacks continue occurring hour after hour, day after day, week after week, and month after month.
These terror attacks are almost never covered by the international media.
Who cares if Israelis on the Gaza border are subject to missile attacks, infiltration attempts, and fires from explosive balloons?
Who cares if Israelis living in Judea have to run a gauntlet of Molotovs and rocks in order to travel anywhere, endure countless arson attacks, undergo car ramming attacks and attempting kidnappings, and are under constant threat from Palestinian terrorists who attempt to infiltrate their communities?
The sad fact is that the world does not care about these heroic people–after all they are Jews.
