To Palestinian Violence in Judea and Samaria
Here is a short but representative list of 16 Palestinian terror attacks since Saturday evening:

IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi met with senior brigade commanders of the Central Command on Sunday and demanded that:
—IDF soldiers reduce the number of shootings of Palestinians in Judea and Samaria in order “to calm the situation.”
—IDF senior officers engage in more “on the ground” activities so that decisions to shoot or not to shoot can be made at the senior level.
In other words, Kochavi is blaming our soldiers for the violence and indicating that they cannot be trusted to make decisions on their own.
He is acting once again to neuter our soldiers who are now virtually forbidden from acting to defend themselves by shooting terrorists. All in all, it is just one more step down into the abyss of passivity in the face of terror.
The result will be that more soldiers and civilians will be murdered.
