TODAY’S BLOG:
Yesterday, Today, And Tomorrow In Jerusalem!
Your humble servant and his wife arrived in Jerusalem yesterday afternoon–a mere 50 minute car ride from our home in Ashdod.
The purpose of our trip is twofold.
First, to “reinvigorate” ourselves with the city; we have stayed away from our eternal capital for far too long because of the Corona pandemic.
Second, to experience a part of Jerusalem we have never traveled through on foot before: the Geula and Mea Shearim ultra-orthodox neighborhoods of the city.
During the next two days, this blog will mainly be devoted to photographs that we take while walking the city.
Today, just before Shabbat begins, I leave you at what is always our first stop when we are here, the Kotel (Western Wall):
Shabbat Shalom From Jerusalem!
