The Quote of the Day
“Bennett and Lapid . . . bow their heads to the United States. A few months ago, Bennett said, ‘We will not automatically say ‘no’ to an Iranian agreement. We are not looking for a fight with the U.S.’
A month and a half ago, Foreign Minister Lapid said: ‘We have succeeded to some extent in getting the world to listen to us.’ This ‘success’ led to the United States lifting sanctions against Iran. Bennett and Lapid’s silence in the face of the existential danger of a nuclear Iran is nothing short of astonishing.
Moreover, I’m sure you see the expertise of this government on an international level. Only two weeks ago, Lapid said ‘there will be no invasion of Ukraine.’ Finance Minister Lieberman said: ‘Aliens will invade Ukraine before Russian soldiers invade it.’ “

The News on the Israeli Street
Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours . . .
The most egregious attack of the day was a “rock” attack on a Jewish motorist near Luban a-Sharqiya. The 29-year-old driver managed to make it to safety despite being wounded. She was evacuated to Sheba Hospital with serious injuries including glass shards in her face and torso.
The “rock”:
Palestinian terrorists also attacked Israelis with Molotovs and “rocks” between Mevo Dotan and Chomesh, between Psagot and Kochav Yaakov, at the Avraham Hassano Junction, and at Mitzpe Yosef among other locations.
Palestinian terrorists attacked Israeli buses with Molotovs and “rocks” north of Givat Assaf, on the Gush Etzion-Hevron Road near Beit Omer, and at the Karmi Tzur Junction.
Israel assists Arabs to flee Ukraine . . .
The Israel Foreign Ministry confirmed today that buses taking Israeli citizens to the Ukrainian border are also picking up civilians from Lebanon, Syria, Egypt–and Palestinians from eastern Jerusalem.

Why Is The Temple Mount Is Closed To Jews Today?
The fact that the Mount is closed to Jews today is just another indication of how absurd the world has become in its complete disregard of reality.
Why is the Mount closed?
Because today is the Islamic holiday of Isra and Mi’raj.
The holiday commemorates Mohammed’s “Night Journey” and “Ascension to Heaven.”
You might ask: night journey to where? The answer according to Muslims is his night journey on his flying horse from Mecca to “the furthest mosque” in Jerusalem. His ascension to heaven refers to his quick trip to heaven which occurred after he arrived in Jerusalem.
This night journey and ascension supposedly occurred on 27 day of Rajab in the year 621 CE. Mohammed died on June 8, 632.
What’s the problem with this scenario?
In the year 621 CE, there was no mosque in Jerusalem.
In fact, the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock were not built until some 70 years later around the year 691 CE.
Oh, and one other small detail. Nowhere in the Quran is Jerusalem mentioned as part of this fable–all that is mentioned is “the furthest mosque.” Jerusalem was added in later Islamic literature.
But never mind all of this.
The world pays no heed to the absurdities of Islam, and the Israeli government certainly kowtows to the Islamic Wakf on every aspect of Muslim worship on the Mount.
