The Friday Corona Update
846 Israelis tested positive yesterday. There are 6,086 active cases in the country.
The positive test rate was 6.21%; the coefficient of infection was 1.01%.
83 Israelis are seriously ill; 23 are critically ill—27 of these are on ventilators.
11,728 have died–16 since last Friday.
The number of dead has jumped from 2 two weeks ago to 16 this past week. At the same time, the coefficient of infection has now gone over 1.0 again. None of this is good news.

Shooting attacks in Judea and Samaria:
Palestinian terrorists opened fire at the IDF position at Baaliya.
Palestinian terrorists opened fire at the IDF outpost at Salem.
Palestinian terrorists opened fire at the IDF post at “Red” Jericho.
Palestinian terrorists opened fire at IDF soldiers at Tarkomiyya.
Palestinian terrorist opened fire at IDF soldiers in Jenin. One terrorist was killed; two more were wounded.
In Jerusalem.
Palestinian terrorists attacked a bus near the Atarot Junction. The driver was wounded and taken to Hadassah Mt. Scopus:

Afterwards, the bus drivers’ union issued a demand for more protection on the city’s buses.

It turns out that at a public hearing in Gaza yesterday, it was revealed that a missile broker has been selling missiles at a cost of $3000 per missile.
It was not revealed how much the broker charges to launch the missile.

The 101st Paratrooper Battalion Goes Into Action–Attacking Jews!
If you noticed above, there were 5 shooting attacks on our IDF soldiers overnight in Judea and Samaria, and there were more than 50 “rock”, IED, Molotov, and arson attacks on civilians elsewhere in the areas.
These numbers have become the norm as war rages throughout the area. It is a war that has been brought on by our own government. The more concessions we give to the PLO, the more we allow illegal Palestinian construction in Area C, the more terrorism we face.
No one in our current “humanitarian” government led by Lapid and Gantz seems to be able to grasp the simple fact that the more we give, the further peace is pushed away. The prevailing attitude in Jerusalem is that “if we give the Palestinians everything, they will be happy and embrace us.”
Nothing could be further from the truth.
What has become particularly egregious in “Defense” Minister Benny Gantz’s campaign to wipe out young Jewish communities in Samaria and Judea is that he is ordering the destruction to take place on Fridays before Shabbat and that he is now using the IDF to carry out the demolitions.
Yes, you read that correctly.
IDF soldiers which should be busy defending themselves and civilians from endless attacks are now being used by Gantz to attack Jews and destroy Jewish communities.
Today we have seen the scenario play out again.

What you see are IDF soldiers from the 101st paratrooper battalion in their military humvee arriving at Givat Nachalat Zvi near Michmash to carry out the destruction of the young community. These soldiers and their humvee were part of an IDF convoy that showed up in the early hours of the morning to throw the Jewish families out of their homes and destroy those homes.
