UPDATE 4:00 PM
1 Israeli killed, 17 more wounded (2 critically) at the Arab Al-Aramshe Community Center by a Hezbollah suicide drone fired from Lebanon. Click here to see the drone hit–the newest threat that Israelis must face.
Also click here to get a better sense of the ballistic missile by Iran several days ago that was intercepted over the Dead Sea. This is one of the reasons that the attack from Iran cannot go unanswered.

UPDATE 9:00 AM
Shahar and Tamar’s Wedding Photos
Shahar Shiloni and his girlfriend Tamar were married yesterday.
Severely wounded in Gaza when his tank was hit by an RPG, Shahar had to have the lower part of his left leg amputated. As you can see from the photos below, that loss did not impede the celebration!
And:
Mazeltov to the happy couple!
On the Iranian Front
*A response to the Iranian attack on Israel has been decided on, but the date of the attack is unknown. Yesterday, PM Netanyahu remarked to the effect that the Iranians made us sweat when their attack would take place, so can they sweat waiting for ours.
*A follow-up to the Iranian hijacking of the MSC Aries in the Strait of Hormuz a few days ago: it turns out that $93 million dollars worth of cargo was on board but virtually none of it ($3 million worth) was destined for Israel. Of the 7 other destinations, the primary owners are Turkey (22 million worth), Belgium ($15 million), Italy ($14 million), and Egypt ($12 million).
In short, the Revolutionary Guards have egg on their faces again, and we can expect the ship to be released in the near future.
On the Ground in the North
*The IDF eliminated Muhammad Hossein Metzafa Shouri, the commander of Hezbollah’s rocket and missile unit of the western sector in the Radwan unit in a missile strike near Kfar Donin in Lebanon.
In the same strike, Mahmoud Ibrahim Fadlallah, a terrorist operator in the rocket and missile unit of the Hezbollah terrorist organization, was killed.
*In another targeted elimination in Shihabiya Lebanon, Muhammad al-Shahouri, a Hezbollah field commander was killed.
*In another targeted elimination yesterday, the Hezbollah Brig. Gen. commander of the coastal section was killed while riding in his car in the Ein Baal area of southern Lebanon.
*Hezbollah has launched sent 7 missile barrages toward northern Israel in the last 24 hours:
Birnit (8:17 am this morning–a “heavy” Burkan rocket); Alkosh (07:42); Gaaton, Klil, Manot (20:12 pm last night); Sdeh Meron School (19:29); Meron, Marom, Kiryat Shmona (19:27); Ya’ara (18:18); HaGoshrim, Beit Hillel (16:42).
On the Ground in Gaza
Following the latest HamISIS rejection of a proposed hostage deal, the IDF has begun to reinforce its barebone units in northern and central Gaza in advance of a general reinforcement of Division 162 and the Nahal Brigade in preparation for an attack on Rafah.
Last night, the IDF mobilized the Carmeli and the 679th Armored Reserve brigades. According to the IDF Spokesman, one brigade “will control the Netzer Corridor between north and central Gaza, and the other brigade will secure the American pier located on the shores of Gaza.”
The deployment in the Netzer Corridor will free the Nahal Brigade and other elements of Division 162 to operate elsewhere in Gaza.
*A fighter from elite Sheldag Unit was critically wounded in battle in northern Gaza.
* 7 HamISIS terrorists were killed in an attack in Rafah.
*IDF attacks continued on HamISIS targets in the Nezeirat neighborhood.
On the Ground in Judea and Samaria
*2 roadside IEDs were defused by IDF sappers on Road 55 beside Ma’ale Shomron.
*IDF forces working in the town of Bnei Naim near Hevron destroyed the houses of two of the three terrorists who carried out the combined attack in Ra’anana last month.
News Involving Israel Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir
If you can believe this, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel has filed a petition at Israel’s High Court of Justice to ease the conditions of terrorist prisoners in Israeli prisons.
As you may remember, Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir clamped down on these prisoners after October 7th. Among other restrictions, Ben Gvir ordered that the prisoners no longer have television access and no longer have access to the prison store that sells food and snacks.
The Civil Rights Association says that the terrorists should be treated just like any other prisoner.
Can you believe this?
Kolakevod to Minister Ben Gvir for his efforts to harshen the conditions of terrorists in our prisons!
In other news yesterday, Ben Gvir has set up a group to monitor leftist provocations in Judea and Samaria. One of Ben Gvir’s security officials explained why:
“First, foreign citizens come here from all over the world go straight to the territories and create provocations in front of IDF soldiers in various places.
Second, tourists come here under the guise of a visit, but also go to the same places of friction in Judea and Samaria to provoke.
Third, we have Israeli leftists who confront IDF soldiers in the various places.”
Ben Gvir’s establishment of this monitoring comes on the heels of Knesset testimony last month which revealed that more than 50% of the claims made against IDF soldiers are false.
Kolakevod to Minister Ben Gvir!
Our OneIsrael Campaign For Our Soldiers
IDF soldiers on the ground need basic armaments and supplies. Even during the Iranian attacks soldiers were forced to lie in open trenches to protect themselves from incoming missiles and drones as they have been doing for months on the Gaza and northern borders.
Here at OneIsrael we are engaged in another campaign for our soldiers. This campaign will extend through Passover and to Shavuot.
Please consider donating to our campaign by clicking on the donate button in the right hand column on this page. All donations go directly to our soldiers.
