UPDATE 7:00 PM
The Final Day of Our Special Campaign For Our Soldiers!
As you well know, IDF soldiers on the ground need basic protective gear, armaments, and supplies more than ever now. The advance into Rafah and Nuseirat continues, and the war in the north is escalating by the hour.
Our campaign began on Passover with Shavuot as the end date. Shavuot begins at sundown tomorrow.
Thank you to those of you who have already contributed to the protection of our brave men and women in uniform; we have nearly reached our goal.
Please consider donating to our campaign by clicking on the donate button in the right hand column on this page. All donations go directly to our soldiers.
On the Ground in Gaza
Social media reports are beginning to trickle in of an incident in Rafah in which a booby-trapped building collapsed on a large contingent of our soldiers. There are no official reports yet of dead and wounded.
IDF forces continue their advance into Gaza. This graphic was released by the IDF yesterday:
On the Ground in the North
More intercepts:
There have been massive Hezbollah drone attacks in the northern Golan and along the Lebanese border today at such places as Merom Golan, Alonei HaBashan, Ein Zivan, Ortal, Sha’al, Odem, El Rom, Buqata, Kela Sha’al, Neve Ativ, Ein Quiniyye, Nimrod, Masade, Majdal Shams, Beit Hillel, Kfar Giladi, Kfar Yuval, Metula, Manara, Margaliot, Misgav Am, Kiryat Shmona, Tel Hai, Neot Mordechai, Amir, Kfar Szold, Nechemia, Gonen, Kfar Blum, Shamir, Nahariya, Avdon, Manot, Neve Ziv, Cabri, and Ycchiam.
More than this, Hezbollah missiles have targeted Tzfat (Safed) and Meron.
Even more . . . Hezbollah shot down an Israeli Hermes 900 Predator Drone over south Lebanon today. The Hermes 900 costs $10,000,000 each.
The New/Old War Cabinet
Now that the egregious Gantz and Eisenkot have departed the Emergency Government and the War Cabinet, you might be wondering who remains in the War Cabinet?
That new War Cabinet, which is the same as it was before Gantz and Eisenkot joined, is back to consisting of: PM Netanyahu, Defense Minister Gallant, Ron Dermer, and Shas Head Aryeh Deri.
Blinken Returns Yet Again
Guess who’s coming to dinner again?
Yes, it is none other than U.S. Secretary of State Blinken who must have had some of the wind deflated from his sails in the wake of the hostages’ rescue. After all, the Bidenites push to get the IDF out of Gaza seems more folly than ever.
Blinken, who arrived two hours ago, will meet with PM Netayanhu and Defense Minister Gallant tonight. Tomorrow, Blinken will meet with President Herzog and Benny Gantz.
Say who?
Benny Gantz?
Benny Gantz is no longer affiliated with the government in any way. Why is Blinken meeting with him?
Obviously, the Bidenite plan to topple Netanyahu is not going as smoothly as Washington had hoped, and new plans must be made to ramp up the anti-Netanyahu protests with Gantz now at their head.
By the way, Gaza erupted in celebrations yesterday when Gantz announced his resignation because they obviously believe that it hastens the end of the war.
They couldn’t be more wrong.
