UPDATE 4:00 PM
During the day, we have had the tragic news that two hostages have been killed in captivity by HamISIS, and that one soldier has fallen in combat. In tomorrow’s blog, we will discuss these facts in detail.
The purpose of this update is to finish our update this morning by giving some quotations from the Democrat Party’s probable new presidential candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page for those quotes.
Quote of the Day
“We went crazy today in the orthopedic department in Assuta Hospital in Ashdod where a heinous murderer is now a patient. He is not in danger. His maximum problem is an ingrown toenail. At the same time, the abductees languish in dark, airless tunnels in Gaza. What the hell goes through the mind of our disgusting politicians that allow such a situation?! Why are Knesset members and ministers silent!!!! If I had parliamentary immunity I would throw him out of here.”
Indeed, where are our government officials? Why are they silent about barbarian monsters being treated in Israel?
Not only are we providing those terrorists with legal defense but also with medical care paid for by Israeli taxpayers.
Just plain nauseating.
UPDATE 9:00 AM ISRAEL TIME
On the Ground in Gaza
*The following announcement was just issued by the IDF:
The IDF has ordered people in the yellow “humanitarian area” to move elsewhere.
Why?
The IDF Spokesman: “Due to numerous acts of terrorism and mortar fire at Israel coming from the eastern part of the humanitarian space, staying in this space has become dangerous. Therefore, at this time the space will be adjusted. The adjustment is in relation to accurate intelligence information according to which Hamas has located terrorist infrastructures in an area defined as a humanitarian space. The early warning is carried out in order to reduce the damage to the civilian population and keep them away from the combat area. The IDF is going to act strongly against the terrorist organizations, therefore calling on the remaining population in the eastern neighborhoods of Khan Yunis to temporarily evacuate to the adapted humanitarian space in Mawasi. The evacuation operations are carried out through SMS messages, recorded voice messages, phone calls, Arabic media broadcasts and announcements. The IDF will continue to act against the terrorist organization Hamas, which uses the residents of Gaza as human shields for its terrorist activities and infrastructure.”
Again, no other army in the world would warn the enemy in advance where it plans to strike.
*Good news.
By various means of identification, Mohammed Deif, the head of the HamISIS military and architect of October 7, has been pronounced dead.
*More good news.
A joint statement of Shin Bet and the IDF:
“Following the attack in which about 20 terrorists from the Shatti Battalion were killed, including the sniper that killed the late Colonel Tal Lahat, the terrorist Nimer Hamida associated with the terrorist organization Hamas was also killed. In recent years, Hamida has served as a member of the Ramallah Committee; before that he was involved in carrying out the shooting attack in Ein Yabrod in October 2003, during which three IDF soldiers were killed.”
On the Ground in the North
*The above photo is of a train with T-62M tanks equipped with anti-drone visors on the way to the Lebanese border.
*3 drones fired from Lebanon exploded in the yard of a kindergarten in Hanita. Fortunately no children were there.
*In response to the nonstop missile and explosive drones sent from Lebanon, the IDF hit several Hezbollah assets in southern Lebanon:
The Social Media Danger
Before the attack in Yemen was completed two days ago and before the mainstream media had reported anything about it, your humble servant had already seen photos of F35’s and aerial tankers posted online. I decided of course not to publish them.
But also of course, the Houthis had seen them too–meaning that the attack was no surprise.
Somehow there must be a crackdown on social media outlets revealing aspects of Israeli military operations because all those outlets are putting our soldiers in much greater danger.
Biden Drops Out, Kamala Takes Over?
Everyone knows that a frail Joe Biden showed himself last night to be unable to resist the pressures within his own party and from the leftist media which suddently turned against him.
Now that he is out, he has endorsed his vice-president Kamala Harris to take his place though others may yet come forward to challenge her.
OneIsrael will not go through the utter disaster that Harris was as Attorney General of California before she became vice president or the utter disaster she has been as vice president.
Instead, we will focus in our next update on what Harris has said about the situation here in Israel–comments that have made her the darling of the “progressives” in the Democrat Party.

Quote 1
Comments made in a political science class at George Mason Oct 1 2021:
While visiting a political science class at George Mason University to honor national voter registration day, Harris took questions from three students, including one who brought up the nation’s funding of Israel in a lengthy question.
The student:
“You brought up how the power of the people and demonstrations and organizing is very valuable in America. I see that over the summer, there have been, like, protests and demonstrations and astronomical numbers done with Palestine, but then just a few days ago there were funds allocated to continue backing Israel, which hurts my heart because it’s an ethnic genocide and a displacement of people – the same that happened in America and I’m sure you’re aware of this. And I feel like there’s a lack of listening, and I just feel like I need to bring that up because it affects my life and people I really care about’s life.”
Harris:
“I’m glad you did.
And again, this is about the fact that your voice, your perspective, your experience, your truth cannot be suppressed, and it must be heard. … Our goal should be unity, but not uniformity,” Harris said. “And the point that you’re making about policies that relates to Middle East policy, foreign policy. We still have healthy debates in our country, about what is the right path. And nobody’s voice should be suppressed on that.”
Quote 2
Harris delivered these remarks at the White House on December 2, 2023:
“The United States is unequivocal: international humanitarian law must be respected. Too many innocent Palestinians have been killed. Frankly, the scale of civilian suffering and the images and videos coming from Gaza are devastating.
I have spoken with members of the Palestinian, Arab, and Muslim communities of America, including those who have lost loved ones in Gaza and American citizens who were injured and evacuated from Gaza. It is truly heartbreaking.
As Israel pursues its military objectives in Gaza, we believe Israel must do more to protect innocent civilians.”
Quote 3
These remarks were reported in Politico on December 14, 2023:
“One person close to the vice president’s office said she believes the United States should be ‘tougher‘ on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu; she has called for being ‘more forceful at seeking a long-term peace and two-state solution,’ this person said.”
Quote 4
These remarks were delivered March 4 in Selma Alabama:
“Gaza is clearly a humanitarian catastrophe. The Israeli government must do more to significantly increase the flow of aid. They must open new borders for aid.“They must not impose any unnecessary restrictions on the delivery of aid. They must ensure humanitarian personnel, sites and convoys are not targeted. And they must work to restore basic services and promote order in Gaza so more food, water and fuel can reach those in need.
And given the immense scale of suffering in Gaza, there must be an immediate cease-fire for at least six weeks as is what is currently on the table. This will get the hostages out and get a significant amount of aid in. This will allow us to build something more enduring to ensure Israel is secure and to respect the right of the Palestinian people to dignity, freedom and self-determination.”
Quote 5
Harris speaking in an ABC News interview on March 24:
“Any major military operation in Rafah would be a huge mistake.Let me tell you something. I have studied the maps. There’s nowhere for those folks to go.”

What we see in these statements and comments from Vice President Harris is a profound inclination to support the Palestinian narrative–an inclination akin to that which we saw with President Obama and increasingly with President Biden.
And it is an inclination she will undoubtedly give fuller throat to should she become president.
