The Unbelievable Scene at Sde Teiman Yesterday

Try to wrap your mind about this incredible set of circumstances.

The Sde Teiman Military Base includes a compound in which HamISIS terrorists captured back on October 7th are held. These are the same terrorists who butchered, raped, and burned our fellow citizens. They are held as “enemy combatants.” They are literally the scum of the earth.

Yesterday, masked IDF military police from the Military Advocate General’s Office (aka the Military Prosecutor’s Office) suddenly showed up at Sde Teiman.

They were there to “detain” (aka “arrest”) nine reservists at the base who the Military Prosecutor “suspects” of “severely abusing” one of the terrorists held there. That terrorist is a senior HamISIS terrorist from Jabaliya. The alleged abuse took place a month ago when terrorists were transferred from Ofer Prison to Sde Yemen after terrorists rioted at Ofer.

Word of the military police’s action immediately got out; within an hour, hundreds of fellow reservists–some accompanied by family members and other citizens–arrived at the base and breached the gate.

Breaching the gate.

Breaching the gate.

They demanded that the nine reservists not be detained. The scene was chaotic with fighting between those who breached the gate and the military police inside.

Members of the government also came to support the nine while leftists on all sides condemned the reservists and the protesters.

In the midst of this came the unbelievable news that the Military Prosecutor has actually gathered evidence against the reservists by telephoning some of the 150 terrorists who were already released back to Gaza in the three idiotic terrorist releases.

Yes, you read that correctly.

The terrorists in Gaza are providing “evidence” against our soldiers to the Military Prosecutor.

It is simply an insane situation.

At the end of the day, the nine reservists were arrested and taken to another military base where their case will be heard this morning.

What has happened to Israel?

UPDATE 9:00 AM ISRAEL TIME

The View from Ashdod

We have awakened this morning to the sound of heavy weapons fire off the coast and heavy aircraft lumbering overhead.

On the Ground in Gaza

*The hostage/ceasefire “negotiations” in Rome once again seem to be going nowhere. HamISIS has now added 29 demands/changes that it wants in a Phase One agreement.

*The IDF Spokesman this morning:

“IDF troops are continuing precise, intelligence-based operational activity in the Rafah area. Over the past day, the troops eliminated numerous terrorists in close-quarters encounters and IAF strikes.

IDF troops are continuing operational activity in Khan Yunis. Over the past day, IDF troops eliminated dozens of terrorists, including terrorists who fired toward the troops, and dismantled terrorist infrastructure.

Over the past day, the IAF struck 35 terror targets in Gaza, including armed terrorist cells, terrorist infrastructure, and buildings rigged with explosives.”

On the Ground in the North

*In the wake of Majdal Shams, Hezbollah has continued to stop up its missile and explosive drone launches into northern Israel.

The IDF Spokesman in the last hour:

“This morning, approximately 20 projectiles that were identified crossing from Lebanon fell in an open area adjacent to the Goma Junction in northern Israel. No injuries were reported, and in accordance with protocol, no sirens were sounded.

Within several minutes of the launches, the IAF struck and destroyed the launcher used to fire the projectiles toward northern Israel in the area of Houla in southern Lebanon.

Furthermore, a short while ago the IAF struck Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure in the area of Kfarhamam from which projectiles were fired toward Har Dov. Additional terrorist infrastructure in southern Lebanon was struck over the past day.

In addition, a Hezbollah terrorist cell that was identified operating in the area of Meiss El Jabal was eliminated by the IAF.”

The targets yesterday:

13:24 pm: Beit Hillel, Kfar Giladi, Kfar Yuval, Metulla, Manara, Ma’ayan Baruch, Margaliot, Misgav Am, Kiryat Shmona, and Tel Hai.

15:59 pm: Dishon

16:54 pm: Kfar Giladi

18:30 pm: Netua, Shtula

01:30 am this morning: Hanita

The massacre at Majdal Shams and missile after drone after missile after drone–and the international community wants us to restrict our actions against Hezbollah and Lebanon.

*The Lebanese Foreign Minister proclaimed today that he has received confirmation “from international bodies” that Israel will not attack the southern suburb of Beirut (home to Hezbollah) or the international airport.

Say what?

How did he get this information? Actually it is no surprise; we already had news last week that Amos Hochstein, Biden’s abominable envoy to Lebanon, has been regularly feeding the Lebanese news about Israel’s military posture.

*There are reports of a targeting killing of Hezbollah terrorists by IAF drones in Beit Leaf in southern Lebanon overnight. At least one field commander was eliminated.

*Another IAF attack is reported overnight in Daraa, Syria.

*Apparently, the IAF shot down a Hebollah drone that was targeting our Karish gas platform in the Mediterranean.

On the Ground in Judea and Samaria

At this moment, an intense firefight is taking place in the Al-Ain neighborhood of Shechem.

What The Biden-Harris Administration Is Withholding from Israel

By now, we have all heard the nonsense put out by President Biden that the only weapons being withheld from Israel are 2000 pound bombs.

Yesterday, the truth was revealed. These are the weapons Washington is refusing to supply to Israel:

Israel must wean itself away from dependence on American weapons!

Israel must wean itself away from dependence on American weapons!

And so it goes here in Israel today. We are still waiting for Godot (see yesterday’s blog), but while we wait, Israelis are stocking up on basic food necessities such as bottled water, bread, milk, and eggs.
