Chag Pesach Sameach! Happy Passover!

As we celebrate the Jewish festival of freedom, we here at OneIsrael cannot forget the hostages still barbarically imprisoned underground in Gaza. May they soon see the light of freedom!

The Annual OneIsrael

Passover to Shavuot Fundraising Campaign

Today we begin our annual fundraising campaign and ask for your donation (please click on the “donate button” on the right side of this page).

Where do your donations go?

In the last two months alone, money donated via OneIsrael has gone to these three non-profit organizations:

Civil Security Guards of Israel

Your donations have purchased bulletproof vests and helmets, Medic Packs, communication devices, and night vision binoculars for these security guards defending Israeli border communities. October 7 demonstrated how critical these security guards are. This is a photo of the Kibbutz Zikim security squad:

Rescue Judea and Samaria SSF

Your donations have gone to support these paramedics who work around the clock to rescue the victims of terror, provide emergency services, and offer general support to Jewish community members. A photo of a volunteer in action:

Stand With Kibbutz Nahal Oz

Your donations have gone to help rebuild this amazing community on the Gaza border which was largely destroyed on October 7:

Every donation you make supports Israel! Please click on the “donate button” so we can continue supporting the above.

UPDATE 9:00 AM ISRAEL TIME

On the Ground in Gaza

*4 missiles were launched out of Gaza yesterday towards Gaza border communities. Disturbingly, no warning alarms were sounded, but fortunately all 4 missiles were intercepted.

The first three targeted the area around Sufa around 12:15 pm. The fourth was launched at 9:15 pm last night–just as families were sitting down for their seder.

The burning question this morning is “why were there no alarms?” Normally, no alarms means that the missiles were projected to hit “open spaces”; however, missiles projected to hit “open spaces” are not intercepted.

*The IDF/IAF have carried out massive attacks on Hamas yesterday, overnight, and this morning. Areas struck include the Daraj Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City, Deir al-Balah (terrorists killed in a vehicle), Khan Younis (the West Khan Younis “Police” Chief was killed), and the Hamas headquarters in the Baptist Hospital.

At this hour “waves of attacks” involving airplanes, helicopters, and artillery are pounding southern Gaza.

There are completely unconfirmed reports that Mohammed Sinwar who took over control of Hamas in Gaza when his brother Yahya was killed has been killed.

*The IDF has completed the Morag Corridor separating Rafah from the rest of Gaza and continues clearing out structures on either side of it. The beginning of the corridor from the Israel side (photo IDF):

Remember, that the Morag Corridor continues all the way to the Mediterranean–just like the Philadelphi, Netzarim, and Mefalsim Corridors.

On the Ground in Lebanon

In another tragic accident an IDF reserve soldier was badly wounded yesterday on the Lebanon border when his unit wandered into a minefield that was planted by the IDF. There is no word on his condition this morning.

The “Talks” With Iran In Oman

The talks began yesterday after Iran set the logistical parameters and the U.S. acceded to them. For example, the Iranians continued to insist on “no direct talks” and so demanded that their representatives would be in one room and the American representatives in another–with a 3rd party shuffling back and forth.

Already, Trump’s incompetent negotiator, Steve Witkoff, made concessions with nothing in return stating that the only American concern is dismantling the Iranian nuclear weapons program. At the same time, he conceded that Iran will be able to have a “nuclear program for peaceful purposes” and added that there “is room to compromise.”

In short, Witkoff is already compromising while the Iranians are not.

Following the “talks”, the White House immediately released a statement calling them “positive and constructive” and said that the talks between Witkoff and Araqchi would resume next Saturday.

And so it goes this sunny but cold Passover morning here in Israel as another group of planes roars overhead toward Gaza . . . Please don’t forget to donate to our Passover to Shavuot campaign . . .
