Iran has closed its airspace to all traffic. According to reports from Iran, the Iranian foreign minister has informed Saudi Arabia and Qatar that Iran intends to launch a military strike on Israel.
United Airlines, Delta Airlines, and British Airways have suspended all flights to Israel.
The U.S. has deployed 12 warships to the Middle East including the U.S.S. Theodore Roosevelt aircraft carrier, and 4000 Marines in amphibious combat units..
On the Ground in Gaza
The IDF Spokesman:
“The IAF in cooperation with the Fire Center of the Southern Command attacked and destroyed loaded launchers that were aimed at Israel in Khan Younis.
The fighters of the brigade combat teams under the command of Division 162 continue to operate in the Rafah area. Nahal Brigade fighters are now operating in a targeted manner in the Tel al-Sultan area, and have destroyed a booby-trapped building in the area from which Hamas terrorists were operating. At the same time, Division 252 forces continue to operate against terrorist infrastructures in the center of Gaza.
The IAF attacked about 35 terrorist targets including armed terrorist squads, military buildings and other terrorist infrastructure.”

A Recap of the Last 300 Days
Notable IDF achievements in the past 300 days of combat:
*More than 15,000 terrorists killed.
*Assassinations of senior Hamas commanders such as Ismail Haniyeh, Muhammad Daf, Marwan Issa, and brigade commanders as well as sub commanders too numerous to mention.
*Severe damage to the underground missile and weapons production capacities.
*Locating and destroying vast weapons and ammunition stockpiles, and hundreds of tunnels and shafts.
*The development of underground warfare, the first of its kind in the world.
*The creation of the Netzer Corridor and the complete takeover of Philadelphia Axis.
*The development of countermeasures and special operations.
*Operational control with three divisions operating in Gaza: Division 162 in southern Gaza Strip, Division 252 in the Netzer Corridor, and Gaza Division 134 that expands the buffer zone from the border to the west. In addition, Division 98 enters and exits Gaza at will from Israel.
*The end of Hamas as an army–with its resulting transformation into a ragtag guerilla group.
Of course, all of the above has come at a high price with more than 300 soldiers having fallen since the Gaza Operation began on October 27, but our soldiers deserve the highest praise for their professionalislm and heroism.
