**Abu Aida Ibrahim, the Sinai terrorist affiliated with Al-Qaeda and Hamas who was responsible for recent rocket attacks on Eilat, was killed yesterday in the Sinai in a clash with Egyptian soldiers.
Even as Israel continues ludicrously easing “sanctions” on Gaza (this morning, the IDF has begun allowing so-called “construction materials” into Gaza again), Egypt continues to ratchet up the pressure on Hamas and its affiliates.
In other words, as Israel resumes supplying Hamas terrorists with concrete to build terrorist tunnels into Israel and Egypt, Egypt continues to do its best to destroy those tunnels coming into its country and to put Hamas out of business. What in the world is Israel thinking about?
**Another day, more Hezbollah bodies. 50 headless Hezbollah fighters were flown into Beirut yesterday from Damascus and were delivered to their families for burial. This follows publication of another 80 pictures of Hezbollah dead on Saturday.
**Finally some common sense has rolled out of the mouth of PM Netanyahu.
Dismissing talk of an imminent agreement with the Palestinians yesterday in the wake of John Kerry’s “peace is at hand” statement upon leaving Israel last week and Kerry’s further comments at the Saban Forum on Sunday, Netanyahu said: “We are not facing a final status agreement.”
Netanyahu went on to reject the American “security plan” that was proposed last week: “We need to be there in the Jordan Valley. Jihadist elements are there and we cannot have that on our border. When we left Abbas in charge of Gaza, we saw how long he lasted.”
**A long wanted Palestinian terrorist was shot to death just east of Bethlehem yesterday when police attempted to stop him. The terrorist, Hassan Hamid, had been sought after because of his involvement in a series of murders carried out over the last seven years. What makes this story more interesting is that Hamid was killed by Palestinian policemen.

Third, Shaked is not afraid to mince words to those who seek to undermine Israel at every opportunity. She had this to say to Jeremy Ben-Ami of J Street:
“Delegitimization against Israel is a new form of anti-Semitism. The organization you head is in [in the forefront of this] machine of delegitimization.”
In an Israeli environment beset by political correctness and longing to be loved, Ayelet Shaked immediately stands out as a principled woman who is unafraid to say what she thinks and to defend Israel at every turn.
