Let’s try to put this in perspective.
Iran and its proxy Hezbollah have now been fighting in Syria for years. Just today, Iran emergency airlifted 1500 more troops into Damascus who were immediately transferred into the coastal enclave that Assad’s forces are desperately trying to hang on to. Hezbollah is desperately trying to stave off IS in the Qalamoun mountain range that runs along the Lebanon-Syria border.
On the Syrian side of the lower Golan Heights, Iranian Revolutionary Guards have taken selfies of themselves beside the border fence, and Iranian-Hezbollah forces have been earnestly attempting to set up missile launch sites into Israel–and have occasionally fired missiles and mortars into Israeli border communities.
Throughout all of this, do you think, dear reader, that Iran or Hezbollah have ever uttered one syllable to Israel about their troop movements or battle strategies?
Of course not.
Iran and Hezbollah are sworn enemies of Israel dedicated to our destruction. Hardly a day goes by that an Iranian military leader or Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah doesn’t issue another statement to that effect.
All of which brings us to “Turning Point 15” which begins today.
Turning Point 15 is a large scale IDF military exercise in northern Israel. It is meant as a “home front defense” exercise combining elements of the Israel’s sea, land, and air military forces.
Obviously, it should be a military exercise held in the highest secrecy. The details of the exercise should not be advertised to our enemies–particularly to Hezbollah and Iran–the very entities whom we would presumably be defending ourselves from.
And yet what have the lunatic planners of the IDF determined? They have “determined” the military leaders of Hezbollah and Iran might be unduly worried about Turning Point 15.

Because of that, the IDF has actually sent reassuring messages to Hezbollah and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards this past week concerning the nature and scope of the exercise–and telling them that they have nothing to be concerned about. They informed Hezbollah and Iran where IDF troops are going to be and when.
More specifically they have told Hezbollah that Israel is not about to attack their 100,000+ missiles that are aimed at Israel, and they have told Iran that Israel is not going to do anything militarily to torpedo a U.S.-Iran nuclear weapons agreement.
Can you believe any of this?
Of course you can. The military planners in the IDF General Command will do anything possible to appease anyone on our borders whether it be Egypt, Hamas, Hezbollah, or Iran.
For example, why does the IDF always go out of its way to claim that missiles fired out of Gaza are not being fired by Hamas? And why does Israel retaliate against Hamas missile strikes by attacking empty buildings and sand dunes in Gaza? And why is the IDF facilitating the movement of materials and equipment into Gaza which Hamas using to prepare for the next war with Israel?
The truth of the matter is that the Planning Division of the IDF could not plan its way out of a box. It has no idea how to deal with Israel’s enemies. It let a war with Hamas that should have been over in a week last summer drag on for 51 days. It turns over information to our enemies that could be used to put IDF soldiers in mortal danger.
It is an egregiously incompetent part of the Israel Defense Forces.
