**Just when you think you have seen everything:
As regular readers of this blog know, all manner of Muslim demonstrations are permitted on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem–the holiest place in Judaism. There are political demonstrations for IS, Hamas, the PLO and any other group that wants to destroy Israel. And of course, Korans are brought in by the truckful, and Muslim prayer rugs are strewn everywhere.
All of this is supposed to be tolerated by Israelis even though it is a holy place that is supposed to be under complete Israeli sovereignty.
But will the Muslims tolerate anything? Of course not. Christian Bibles are banned; Jewish Torahs are banned; Israeli flags are banned.
But yesterday, this idiocy was taken to new heights.
A woman was actually stopped on the way up to the Temple Mount and forced to remove her earrings and necklace because according to the police they were “religious and political symbols”:
Just unbelievable.
**The Beitar Jerusalem-Charleroi Belgium soccer (football) game revisited:
Two days ago your humble servant discussed the absurdity of what happened at a soccer game in Charleroi Belgium last Thursday night. Fans of Beitar Jerusalem threw smoke grenades on the field halting play–and a projectile of some sort that lightly injured the Charleroi goalie. They were rightly accused of hoolaganism.
But not unprovoked hoolaginism.
As we pointed out yesterday, the Charleroi fans provoked the entire situation by yelling anti-Semitic slurs and such things as “Go to the gas chambers” to Beitar team members and fans. These “taunts” were accompanied by Nazi salutes.
Now it turns out–after a complaint was filed by an Israeli–that Charleroi will probably be held accountable for the actions of its fans. The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has ordered that the owners of Charleroi answer for their fans’ anti-Semitic behavior. Unnamed sources indicate that Charleroi will be stiffly punished and perhaps even dismissed from UEFA (though the latter seems unlikely).

And what about the following one from March of this year?
We could include hundreds of other pictures just like the two above in today’s blog. But all of them make no difference to Barack Obama and John Kerry who remain delusionally hell-bent on getting approval for their Iranian Appeasement Agreement.
Just how delusional was illustrated again yesterday as John Kerry dissembled and devolved ever deeper in the abyss of lunatic rationalization.
Here’s what Iranian “Supreme Leader” Ali Khamenei said on Friday while standing under a sign that read “DEATH TO AMERICA!:
“We will trample upon America. Our policy toward the arrogant U.S. government won’t change at all. We have no negotiations with America about various global and regional issues. We have no negotiations on bilateral issues.”
Speaking pusillanimously for the Obama Administration, Kerry responded yesterday:
“I don’t know how to interpret it at this point in time, except to take it at face value, that that’s his policy. But I do know that often comments are made publicly and things can evolve that are different. If it is the policy, it’s very disturbing, it’s very troubling, and we’ll have to wait and see.”
I don’t know how to interpret it . . . An interpreter is needed?
At this point in time . . . Are you suggesting that the Iranian position will change in the future?
That that’s his policy . . . Oh, this is Khamenei’s personal policy and not Iranian policy?
We’ll have to wait and see . . . Wait and see what?
If there is one thing that Ali Khamenei and the Iranians have been consistent about through decades of “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” marches through the streets of Iran, it is that the Iranians would like to destroy America and Israel.
That requires no interpretation.
