8:32 am Wednesday: 24 wanted terrorists captured overnight in raids throughout Judea and Samaria. IDF forces discover cache of ammunition, knives, IEDs, 11 pipe bombs, and weapons manufacturing materials.
10:48 pm Tuesday: Incoming missile sirens sound here in Ashdod. From our location in south Ashdod, we hear three explosions–at least one a likely Iron Dome intercept over our home. Your humble servant is writing this from our bomb shelter.
9:05 am Tuesday: Jewish women on the Temple Mount verbally attacked by Muslim member of the Israeli Knesset (click here to see video–note that you will have to twist your head to view).

***The daily Palestinian terror report from yesterday . . .
–>It was a day of massive violence across Judea, Samaria, and eastern Jerusalem yesterday with tens of Palestinian terror incidents.
There were physical assaults on Israeli infants, children, and adults at various locations in or near the Old City of Jerusalem (more on this in today’s blog).
There were “rock”, Molotov firebomb, arson, and IED attacks at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, Issawiya, Hebron, Kfar Etzion, Al Fawwar, Rachel’s Tomb, A-Tur, Abigail near Hebron, Madama, and Beit El.
At least six Israelis were physically wounded badly enough to be evacuated to hospitals in the above incidents. How many others were traumatized?

The above screen shot from your humble servant’s phone tells you a little bit about what happened in southern Israel last night.
At 10:48 pm, the tsava adom (red siren) warning system went off here in Zone 271: Ashdod, Bnei Darom, Neve Herzog, and Nir Galim, sending nearly 500,000 Israeli children, women, and men in this area running to our bomb shelters.
Once we were in the bomb shelter in our house, we heard the Iron Dome about a mile away from our home fire two missile interceptors. We subsequently heard three loud explosions in close proximity to our house. Almost immediately at 10:50 pm, the alarm went off again, and this time we heard a much fainter explosion to the southeast of our location.
Hundreds of reports began pouring in on rotter all the way from a person in Tel Aviv who reported two explosions to a man in Rishon who witnessed two Iron Dome interceptions over Ashdod from his balcony–and numerous other witnesses reporting what they saw and heard.
All told, residents on the ground saw three missiles: two intercepted over Ashdod, and one that hit an “open area.” There were also reports that an unknown number of mortars were fired into the Eshkol region.
The response from our always dissembling IDF spokesman last night and this morning has been laughable. His official line is that “a single rocket” was launched toward Israel and was intercepted.”
And what would missile and mortar launches out of Gaza be without our so-called “Defense” Minister Moshe Ya’alon defending Hamas? Here is Ya’alon’s pathetic statement: “A year has passed since Operation Protective Edge, and there is no doubt that here, beyond the fence, in the Gaza Strip, Hamas, the body that controls Gaza, has been deterred, and faces internal challenges, including ISIS terrorists and others who sometimes fire at Israel from the Gaza Strip to challenge Hamas.”
So, it’s not internally-challenged Hamas’ fault, but “whom” did the IDF “supposedly” “attack” early this morning in retaliation? You guessed it . . . Hamas. The air force bombed 4 sites of Hamas “infrastructure” in Gaza, in other words: empty buildings and sand dunes.
***Hi ho, hi ho, it’s off to New York Netanyahu goes . . .
. . . to make another speech to a largely empty room at the General Assembly of the United Nations.
What’s he going to talk about this time? Iran–which is now being embraced by the world, and the Har HaBeit (Temple Mount)—which the UN condemns Israel about everyday.
***Can you imagine the police in your country telling soccer fans that they cannot bring your country’s flag to a soccer match?
Next Monday, Beitar Jerusalem and Bnei Sakhnin will play a soccer game in the Doha Stadium in Sakhnin, an Israeli-Arab town in northern Israel. Why is it called “Doha” Stadium you may ask? Because it was built with money from Qatar–and the Sakhnin team was recently funded to the tune of $1 million dollars this year by the Qataris.
Yes you read that correctly. We now have an Israeli-Arab soccer team that is fully paid for by the egregiously anti-Israel Qatar, the country that almost singlehandedly engineered the war last summer through its support of Hamas.
In any case, to avoid violence, the police have decreed that no one may bring a flag to the stadium–especially Israeli flags.
We wouldn’t want to annoy the Qataris.
Unbelievable.
TODAY’S BLOG
It was a photograph that could have been taken in Warsaw or Berlin in the 1930s.
Except that the following picture was taken in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel, yesterday–September 29, 2015. It is a picture of a Jewish child in abject fear for his life looking to his father for protection:
The above picture is a screen shot taken from a short video of a Jewish man walking with his family to the Kotel (Western Wall) to celebrate Sukkot.
As the man walked down the street, he was attacked by Muslim men and women who cursed, spat, and screamed at him and his children. It was one of a number of such videos made yesterday by Muslims to exultantly document their harassment of Jews.
Another shows an assault on a baby in baby stroller being pushed by a Jewish man. You can watch for yourself by clicking here.
The situation is beyond shameful. Every single person in the Netanyahu government should be held accountable for a situation in which Jews in Jerusalem are singled out for attack.
In yet another attack yesterday, another Jewish family was assaulted in the the Old City at about 11 am. Again, they were going to the Kotel to celebrate Sukkot. Again, they were set upon by a group of Arabs that surrounded them and began spitting, cursing, and screaming at them. However, in this attack, one of the children had the audacity to fight back by spraying “pepper spray” at the attackers so his family could escape.
Do you know what happened? The police arrested the boy for attacking the Arabs.
Can you even believe this?
By nightfall yesterday, after the family had received legal help from an attorney, the boy was released to his family, and the police said the charges against him were being dropped.
Just unbelievable that he was ever arrested in the first place.
What has happened–aside from the usual anti-Jewish hate spewing from Arabs–is that the two Islamic hate groups, the Muribitan and Muribitat, that have been assaulting Jews on the Temple Mount are now banned from the Mount. So they have moved their operations down into the Old City and are roaming the streets and alleyways looking for Jews.
Whenever they find a Jewish victim or victims they attack with the help of other Arabs on the street. It is a deadly combination that the police seem completely impotent to stop.
Being a Jew in Jerusalem these days means a target has been placed on your forehead with no one to protect you except yourself.
