UPDATES 7:00 pm Israel time
–>Palestinian terror today.
An Arab stabbing attack took place in a market in Rahat several hours ago. Details are still somewhat sketchy as to the perpetrator and the victim, but what is known is that a “young Arab woman” stabbed a “Jewish Israeli woman in her 60s” at a street market in the city. The attacker escaped, and the Israeli is in “serious condition”.
A series of Palestinian “rock” and Molotov attacks have occurred all afternoon, focused in eastern Jerusalem. The Jerusalem Light Rail Train was assaulted once again near the Shuafat station, and another attack nearby was thwarted by a citizen firing his gun in the air.
–>How would you feel if you were resident of southern Israel?
Energy Minister Yuval Steinetz was in Be’er Sheva today talking about Hamas tunnels. In his own words:
“Israeli citizens can be calm. Indeed there are threats – Israel will not necessarily know about each and every shaft tunnel. For several years we are dealing seriously tunnels and things have become very significant.”
What does this outrageous statement even mean? Israelis along the border can be calm even though the IDF doesn’t know about each and every tunnel?
“Things have become very significant?”
Stress can be an overwhelming factor of life, in fact, continued stress leads to depression purchasing cialis online which can make their ED problem more worsen. Ayurveda Tips to Increase body weight and buy viagra cheapest reduced their weight circumference by around 10% as well. Nerve damage, stroke, muscle diseases, and some infections can result in loss of viagra generic discount feeling and function of the spinal column to the general health of an individual.
But there was more. Steinetz wanted to credit Israel for “forcing” President Sisi of Egypt to flood the tunnels:
“[Flooding] is a good solution for this sector but not as good as our great figure. Sissy did so after our pressure.”
What did Israel do that was so great? The truth is that if Israel had half the persistence or creativity of Sisi and the Egyptian military as well as the Egyptian disregard for political correctness, the tunnel threat would have disappeared years ago.
–>Israeli housing prices continue to soar.
Despite all attempts by Finance Minister Kahlon, to bring down housing prices to some semblance of normality, the cost of apartments and houses continues to skyrocket.
The Marker published this graph last week:
The problem is that most Israelis want to live in the middle of the country. If one is willing to live in the north, or south of Beersheva, or in Judea and Samaria, the price of an apartment or house is considerably less than that in central Israel.
—>A mass exodus from Aleppo, Syria.
As reported yesterday, Aleppo is on the verge of falling to the Iranian-Russian-Hezbollah-Syrian coalition supporting Assad.
All day long tens of thousands have been fleeing the city in advance of an expected all out bombing attack by Russians and Syrians. Unfortunately for the refugees, they are all being stopped at the Turkish border which is refusing them entry.
TODAY’S BLOG
At the end of a week in which Brazil has adamantly refused to accept the new Israeli Ambassador to the country, the Brazilians exulted yesterday at the opening of the new Embassy of “Palestina” yesterday.
Interestingly, the Embassy building is crowned by a representation of the Kipat HaSela (aka The Dome of the Rock). One wonders how many Brazilians know that this Dome is constructed over the holiest place in Judaism–the Foundation Stone on which rested the Holy of Holies in the First and Second Jewish Temples.
But of course, brainless Brazil has bought the Palestinian narrative hook, line, and sinker. For the Brazilians, there never was a First or Second Jewish Temple, and for them a PLO terrorist serving as the Palestinians’ new Ambassador to the country is a welcome sight.
