The Amazing Photograph of the Day
What do you think you are looking at?
This amazing aerial photo from Simplex was taken at the Dead Sea looking north toward Mt. Hermon in the distance.
Think about that for a moment. Israel is so small that you can stand at the Dead Sea and see the northernmost point in the country.
The News on the Israeli Street
The daily Corona update . . .
Please note that these numbers encompass from 4 pm Friday until 4 pm today (Sunday):
595,097 Israelis have been confirmed with the virus since the pandemic began last March.
There are 6,069 newly confirmed cases.
1,228 are in critical condition—an increase of 46
316 of the most critically ill are on ventilators—no change
4,361 have died–an increase of 95
There are currently 75,053 active Corona cases in Israel.
The number of newly confirmed cases seems small; however, only 30,000 people tested on Shabat–and 8% of those tested positive.
Is it any wonder that Corona is surging despite the vaccinations? Here is a photo from one the hardest hit cities yesterday:

Broken email campaigns are an increasing concern cialis from canadian pharmacy among email marketers, especially since several companies and web-based email providers now block graphics as a measure to combat spam. Basically, the term “Prolotherapy” is short for “proliferation therapy”.
So what is our silly government going to do? On the pretense of stopping Corona mutations from entering the country (the British mutation has already swept through the country), PM Netanyahu and the Health Ministry want to completely close down Ben Gurion Airport and stop anyone from entering or exiting the country.
Why in the world would you stop a person who has had a negative Corona test–or who has been vaccinated or both– from entering and exiting? It makes no sense, but then little that the Israeli government does to stop Corona surges make any sense.

Missile Explosion Wounds 36, Destroys Neighborhood
And this:
Around noon yesterday (Saturday), a missile in exploded in Beit Hanoun.
The Interior Ministry reported that 36 people including women and children were wounded. The home belonging to the Kafarna family was completely destroyed, and numerous other houses in the neighborhood were damaged.
Police and rescue forces worked at the scene to evacuate the wounded and to discover the exact cause of the blast.
It turns out that the missile was a Bader 3 missile–the kind widely used by the Iranian proxy terror group Ansar Allah.
Later in the day, crowds gathered after seeing video of children being wheeled into hospitals. The crowds condemned what happened and called for the government to take action.
Well . . .
If you are an Israeli and perhaps if you aren’t, you immediately knew that something in the above information is awry. Beit Hanoun is in northern Gaza, not southern Israel.
However, you may not know that the Kafarna family is actually the Al-Kafarna family–and it is headed by one of the leaders of Iranian proxy Islamic Jihad in Gaza.
Finally, what you may not know is that no missile was fired; the Bader 3 missile that exploded was being stored in the Al-Kafarna home–along with dozens of other missiles as is common throughout Gaza.
What the crowds were condemning today is what Israel has been condemning for decades–that Hamas and Islamic Jihad use homes in densely populated neighborhoods to store their weaponry and even fire their missiles from.
And lest we feel any sympathy for the terrorists in Gaza, we should remember that the Bader 3 missile that exploded was to be launched into southern Israel to kill Israeli children, women, and men.
