Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours . . .
There were numerous coordinated “rock” attacks on our soldiers throughout Judea and Samaria overnight. This was the scene of a “rock” attack on an Israeli jeep early this morning:
Note the rocks. A wider view would have revealed numerous iron bars, concrete blocks, and other projectiles.
Palestinian terrorists attacked Israeli buses at the Einbus Junction near Hawara, between Hizma and Anatot, near Tapuach, and at Beit Haggai.
Palestinian terrorists attacked Israeli motorists with Molotovs and “rocks” between Migdalot and Eviatar, on Road 446 near Shukba, near the Jerusalem Tunnels to Gush Etzion, and at the Beitot Junction among other places.
A Palestinian terrorist was shot and killed in Beit Ummar near Hevron last night. A number of other terrorists were wounded.
The daily Corona update . . .
2,177 new cases of Corona were confirmed yesterday.
15,521 Israelis currently have an active case of Corona.
26 Israelis are critically ill on ventilators.
869,063 Israelis have been verified with Corona since the pandemic began last year.

This morning:
*The government and major health plans have started a major push to administer a 3rd dose of vaccine to those who are 60 years of age or older and had their first doses more than 5 months ago. One reason for the push is the current resurgence of Corona; another is that a large number of doses on hand are about to expire.
*The Green Pass (which will be necessary to attend indoor events) went back into effect.
*The United Kingdom, Turkey, Cyprus, and Georgia were added to those countries that Israelis are now forbidden to fly to. The other countries are Uzbekistan, Argentina, Belarus, Mexico, India, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Spain, and South Africa. In a few days, Greece, Bulgaria, and the UAE will be added.

Insanity, Insanity, and More Insanity
The communities along the Gaza border are once again being ravaged by fires caused by explosive balloons launched by terrorists in Gaza.
Smoke-filled air is causing respiratory problems among children and adults. Nature reserves and agricultural fields are ablaze–even as I write this sentence.
The Bennett-Lapid government has promised local leaders in southern Israel–as recently as yesterday–that not a single explosive balloon in Israel will go unanswered. Except, apparently, the ones that exploded yesterday.
So as terror continues unabated, our idiots in the defense ministry along with Bennett and Lapid decided to take these steps this morning:
*Israel will expand the fishing zone (aka smuggling zone) off of Gaza from 6 to 12 miles.
*Israel will expand the entry of food, water, medicine, and fishery items into Gaza.
*Israel will permit electrical and agricultural products to be imported into Gaza.
*Israel will permit metal waste from Gaza to be imported into Israel.
*Israel will permit Palestinians in Gaza to move abroad via the Allenby Crossing.
Insanity, insanity, and more insanity.
This is the same “all carrot and no stick” approach we have seen in southern Israel for decades. We give, we give, we give (while they are attacking us with explosive balloons and the like)–and the terrorists in Gaza take, and take, and take–and then, when they have replenished their stocks of weaponry, machinery, electricity, and so on they fire another 5000 missiles at us.
