Special Notice
The Pesach (Passover) holiday continues. Its message of liberation and freedom has special meaning this year as we think of those still held by Palestinian terrorists in the tunnels of Gaza.
May His Memory Be For A Blessing
Maj. Al-Kreshat (res.), 42, from Abu Rubiyeh was a Bedouin tracker assigned to the Netzah Yehuda Battalion in Gaza. He fell in battle in northern Gaza.
Maj. Al-Kreshat is the 260th IDF soldier to fall in the Gaza Operation since it began on October 27. Currently, there are 24 soldiers in Israeli hospitals in serious condition, 181 in moderate condition, and 52 in fair condition. A total of 1,584 soldiers have been wounded in the ground operation.
OneIsrael’s Campaign For Our Soldiers
IDF soldiers on the ground need basic protective gear, armaments, and supplies.
Even during the recent Iranian attacks soldiers were forced to lie in open trenches to protect themselves from incoming missiles and drones as they have been doing for months on the Gaza and northern borders.
OneIsrael is now engaged in a campaign to help protect our soldiers. This campaign will extend through Passover and to Shavuot.
Please consider donating to our campaign by clicking on the donate button in the right hand column on this page. All donations go directly to our soldiers.
Thank you to those of you who have already contributed to the protection of our brave men and women in uniform!
On the Ground in Gaza
*Another missile attack from Palestinian terrorists in Gaza targeted Zikim just after noon (12:26 pm). Ironically, a humanitarian airdrop fell on the launch site in Gaza just as the terrorists were launching. They try to kill us, and the international community feeds them.
*The IDF attacked south of Gaza City and north of Nuseirat where fierce firefights took place. IDF artillery fire targeted the Tel al-Hawa area and al-Mu’arqa.
*The IAF bombed–and is continuing to bomb at this hour–HamISIS positions in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza (we have heard continuous explosions all night). Yesterday, the IDF ordered an evacuation of all residents in the area and warned of an impending attack in response to the missile fire on Sderot yesterday.
*An IDF reevaluation. Of the 24 HamISIS battalions, 18 have been destroyed, but the remaining 6 are not all in Rafah as was previously thought. 3 battalions are in Deir Al Balach and Nuseirat in central Gaza.
On the Ground in the North
Massive Hezbollah attacks yesterday:
Suicide drone attacks took place at Lochamei HaGetaot, Mazra, Regba (13:08 and 13:41); Bustan HaGalil, Akko, Shomrat, Kfar Biyalik, Kiryat Motzin (13:45)–almost all of the drones were intercepted. No Israelis were wounded.
Missile attacks took place at Margaliot (16:10); Baram (16:24); Shomera (19:08); Zarit (19:12); Kiryat Shmona, Manara (19:31). All told, more than 30 missiles targeted northern Israelis.
The IAF eliminated 2 more senior Hezbollah commanders in separate attacks in southern Lebanon. Muhammad Attiya, a commander in the Radwan aerial unit, and Hassin Ali Ezkol, another commander in the Radwan aerial force, are no more.
On the Ground in Judea and Samaria
The Tulkarm Al-Aqsa Brigades of Fatah, the military wing of the terrorist PLO–all under the direct leadership of PLO Chairman Mahmound Abbas–has announced that it is forming a “special suicide unit” to carry out attacks in Israel. You can click on the communique here; here are some photos taken from the communique:
And:
It is worthwhile remembering that these are some of the very terrorists belonging to the same terror group that the West wants to take over Gaza after HamISIS.
