The Wonderful Photo of the Morning
Kolakevod to the happy couple!
Special Notice
The Pesach (Passover) holiday continues. Its message of liberation and freedom has special meaning this year as we think of those still held by Palestinian terrorists in the tunnels of Gaza.
OneIsrael’s Campaign For Our Soldiers
IDF soldiers on the ground need basic protective gear, armaments, and supplies.
Even during the recent Iranian attacks soldiers were forced to lie in open trenches to protect themselves from incoming missiles and drones as they have been doing for months on the Gaza and northern borders.
OneIsrael is now engaged in a campaign to help protect our soldiers. This campaign will extend through Passover and to Shavuot.
Please consider donating to our campaign by clicking on the donate button in the right hand column on this page. All donations go directly to our soldiers.
Thank you to those of you who have already contributed to the protection of our brave men and women in uniform!
UPDATE 9:00 AM
On the Ground in the North
Numerous Hezbollah missiles and drones attacked northern Israel again yesterday. This graphic shows the attack at Majdal Shams on the Lebanese border at 18:07 pm:
From the IDF Spokesman:
“Last night, Air Force fighter jets attacked Hezbollah terrorist infrastructures in the Maron al-Ras area, and an observation post of the organization in the Markaba area in southern Lebanon. Earlier yesterday, a Hezbollah military structure was attacked in the Alma a-Sha’ab region. Also, IDF forces carried out artillery fire yesterday (Wed) to remove a threat in several areas in southern Lebanon.”
On the Ground in Gaza
*HamISIS released another psychological propaganda video yesterday purporting to show that Israeli hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin is alive. In the video (which we will not show here), an unhealthy-looking Hersh gives details to indicate the video was made recently, and he demands that the government act to free him. We can also see his missing left arm (below the elbow) which was blown off by a HamISIS grenade on October 7.
*The missile attacks continue . . .
No Israelis were physically wounded in the attacks.
*In the Gaza Strip, there are reports of attacks around the Alanjar Hospital, which is located east of Rafah. In addition, several attacks are reported at other targets in the Rafah area.
*Early this morning, the IAF attacked a number of terrorist targets in the central camps, among them: Deir al-Balach and Nuseirat.
*The Nahal Brigade has been busy expanding the Netzarim Corridor between north and central Gaza for the last week–and expanding IDF bases inside the corridor:
The obvious conclusion is the IDF is planning for a long stay.
*The families of Israeli hostages and the Order 9 movement have been blocking “humanitarian aid” trucks to Gaza this morning at the Tel Arad Junction. Order 9 issued this statement: “Today it is clear to everyone that only stopping aid to Hamas will prevent it from controlling Gaza and bring the return of our hostages. We call on everyone in the area – join us in blocking the aid.”
On the Ground in Judea and Samaria
*Another Palestinian stabbing attack was foiled near Kiryat Arba (beside Hevron) yesterday. No Israelis were wounded; the terrorist was shot and killed:
*The IDF operated tonight in the Ramallah sector. During the operation, violent disturbances developed. The Palestinians report that one of the terrorists who approached the IDF soldiers was shot and later died of his wounds.
*Eco-terrorism: This fire burning garbage at the Palestinian settlement of Boudrous has polluted the air throughout Judea and Samaria for the past week:
And so it goes until the next update . . .
