UPDATE 9:00 PM ISRAEL TIME

The Terror Attack This Morning Near Yavne

May His Memory Be For A Blessing

Sgt. Amir Kadosh

Sgt. Amir Kadosh is the 33-year-old Israeli policeman who was murdered near Yavne this morning. after completing his military service, he joined the Israel police in 2013. He was scheduled to be married next month. The terrorist shot him point blank through the windshield of his police car.

Further murders were averted by a Magen David Adom ambulance volunteer who happened to be driving by.

In his words:

“I was driving and I saw a person with a gun standing on the road. At first I thought it was a policeman, and then he fired a few shots at me. I ducked, and immediately after that I jumped out of my car, drew my gun, and shot him.”

Actually, the volunteer had just recently gotten a gun following the governmental reform that made it easier for civilians to obtain a gun.

Kolakevod to him!

One last piece of information. The terrorist whom we will not name here was born in Jabaliya, Gaza but had been living illegally in the Palestinian territories for the last few years.

The Biden Administration Goes Off The Rails

Here’s what the Bidenites have dictated to Israel in the last week:

1. Stop bombing Beirut. Too many civilians are getting killed.

2. Don’t bomb Iranian oil and nuclear facilities. It could destabilize the region and lead to a wider war.

3. Immediately provide more humanitarian aid to the “poor” Palestinians in northern Gaza (or we may cut off weapons supplies in 30 days).

In short, protect Hezbollah, protect Iran, and protect Hamas.

BREAKING NEWS 11:40 AM

A few minutes ago, a terrorist opened fire on drivers near the Yavne interchange about seven miles from Ashdod on Highway 4. He hit at least 5 people–killing a policeman. He shot at another citizen who was driving by, but missed. The civilian then got out of his car and shot and killed the terrorist. 4 Israelis are hospitalized including a doctor at Assuta Hospital who was accidentally hit by a car while he was trying to resuscitate the policeman.

UPDATE 9:00 AM ISRAEL TIME

Words of Wisdom

Yesterday, incoming missile sirens were sounded in Tel Aviv where many of the apartment buildings have no bomb shelters. Instead, residents are supposed to go to the stairwells which are the most fortified places in the buildings.

The photo below is of Dov Landau, a 97-year-old Holocaust survivor from Auschwitz, in the stairwell of his building during one of the alarms. The photo was taken by Haim Goldberg of “Flash90” who was also in the stairwell. Goldberg also interviewed him.

Dov Landau.

While being interviewed, Landau said that 16 of his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and sons-in-law have been fighting in the north and south during the war.

Then Landau discussed some of his personal history saying that after the Holocaust, he immigrated to Israel and fought in the Hagana. He was particularly involved in the defense of Jerusalem:

“I fought day and night so that Jerusalem would not fall, until the eastern part of the city fell. 242 of our soldiers fell. 242 martyrs. The Arab Legion overcame us and they took me, along with the remaining 350 soldiers into Jordanian captivity on the same day that Ben Gurion proclaimed a Jewish state.

I went through five years of the Holocaust, and what I experienced with my own flesh – there is nothing like it. That is why we need to eradicate evil, so that we can live here freely in our country without fear. Without fear of Hamasniks who are hiding in Rafah or elsewhere. On October 7 These were beasts of prey, bloodsuckers. This is an attack that no one expected. No one knew what was happening.

They need to be exterminated to the end; otherwise we will continue to live here for many more years living in fear that it will happen again. They are holding the hostages, and it is impossible to make any agreement with them. They only want the end of the war and for us to release the terrorists we hold in Israel prisons that they can continue to rule over Gaza. This must not happen.

I am proud of the current generation of our soldiers.”

Eradicate evil. Exterminated to the end. What wise words and yet the world does not listen.

On the Ground in the North

*The IAF focused on the Beqaa Valley in northern Lebanon last night carrying out numerous strikes in the Hezbollah stronghold.

*Hezbollah launched between 115-125 missiles against northern Israel and the Galilee yesterday.

*So far this morning there have been 7 barrages. The graphic below is from the one at 07:27:

Dozens of sirens have sounded in the Haifa area.

The primary targets (obscured by the red target points): Atlit, Dalyat El Carmel, Yakneam Illit, Or Akiva, Binyamina, Pardes Hana-Karkur, Caesarea, Tirat Carmel, Haifa, Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Yam, Kiryat Bialik, Asafia, Nesher, and Kiryat Motzkin.

The IDF Spokesman:

“In the last day, the IDF attacked about 230 terrorist targets in the Gaza Strip and in Lebanon: surface-to-surface missile launchers were attacked in Lebanon.

IDF forces continue to operate in a targeted manner against terrorist infrastructures and Hezbollah terrorists in southern Lebanon.
The forces eliminated dozens of terrorists in face-to-face encounters and directed air force strikes, destroyed Hezbollah terrorist infrastructures and located many weapons. In one of the attacks, the forces identified a number of terrorists entering a military structure In the area, a short time later, an Air Force aircraft attacked the military structure and eliminated the terrorists.

The Air Force, in cooperation with the Northern Command, attacked in the last day about 200 terrorist targets of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in deep and southern Lebanon. Among the targets attacked: terrorist squads, anti-tank positions and surface-to-surface missile launchers.”

On the Ground in Gaza

We were awakened here in Ashdod at exactly 01:09 this morning by a tremendous explosion in Gaza. We were not the only ones awakened; the explosion was heard all the way north to Tel Aviv and east to Jerusalem.

Some of what we have continuously heard here in Ashdod all night long:

*Heavy shelling west of Rafah in southern Gaza.

*An IAF attack on an area in Bnei Sahila, east of Khan Younis.

*An IAF attack and naval shelling on the Rachi Station west of Nuseirat in central Gaza.

*Heavy shelling east of the Bureij neighborhood in central Gaza.

*Continuous shooting at Hamas targets in Jabaliya in northern Gaza.

From the IDF spokesman:

“In Gaza, the forces of Division 162 continue to operate in the Jabaliya region where terrorists were eliminated in the last day, including a terrorist squad that fired anti-tank missiles at the forces. In addition, the forces identified a number of armed terrorists who posed a threat to the forces, after the identification, they directed an Air Force aircraft that eliminated the terrorists.

The forces of the Gaza Division and the 252nd Division continue to operate in the center and south of Gaza. In the last day, the forces eliminated a number of terrorists and destroyed terrorist infrastructures. In addition, the forces located and destroyed a launcher belonging to the terrorist organization Hamas.”

And so it goes thus far this morning in Israel . . .
