The IDF Steps In To Help Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood

UPDATES 9 am Israel time, Saturday, August 17 2013:

*Ironically, as pro-Morsi Muslim Brotherhood supporters were being shot in the streets of Cairo and Alexandria yesterday afternoon after Friday prayers, pro-Morsi Muslim Brotherhood supporters were holding a huge demonstration in Jerusalem.

That demonstration was taking place at Judaism’s holiest place–the Temple Mount–and the entire courtyard of the Mount was festooned with Hamas flags and pictures of the deposed Morsi. It is simply unbelievable how the Israeli government and Jerusalem police have allowed the Mount to become the scene of daily vitriolic demonstrations in support of Muslim extremism.

No, this is not downtown Cairo. This is Judaism's holiest place (both pictures' source: Meir Jerusalem).

No, this is not downtown Cairo or Gaza. This is Judaism’s holiest place–at a place which is supposed to be under complete Israeli sovereignty (both pictures’ exclusive source: Meir Jerusalem/rotter).

If you really want to be ill, click on this link to the COGAT* website to find out how the Israel Defense Forces are doing all they can to make to make sure that Muslims can get to Jerusalem to “practice their faith” (and to participate in demonstrations like the above).

TODAY’S BLOG:

Speaking of ironies and COGAT, it was amazingly announced by the Israel Defense Forces yesterday that because the Egyptian government of Gen. Al-Sissy has now closed down the smuggling tunnels and the Rafah Crossing (in order to stop the movement of terrorists in and out of Gaza), Israel will now open the Erez Crossing for longer hours in order to facilitate the movement of Gazans,  “international activists”, and “goods”.

The front page of the COGAT website proudly touting the fact that Israel is facilitating the flow of people and goods in and out of Gaza.

This bears repeating: now that Egypt is finally doing something to stem the flow of terrorists, Israeli is going to facilitate it.

It is simply unbelievable.

In fact, the more that Egypt puts the squeeze on the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas in Gaza, the more Israel rushes in to support the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas in Gaza, Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem.

Here are some recent facts from the COGAT website:

*During the month of July: 6,639 truckloads of goods passed from Israel into Gaza.

*Two days ago, on Thursday (August 15), 289 trucks carrying goods were “transferred” from Israel to Gaza, including 168 tons of gasoline (remember that Egypt is trying to cut off the ready supply of gasoline to Hamas).

*Two Turkish delegations sponsored by arch-Israel hater Turkish PM Taycip Erdogan are being allowed into Gaza. One of them consists of 14 members of the Turkish Red Crescent (an organization that has been involved in numerous terrorist fauxtillas to try to break the Gaza maritime blockade), and the other is an “agricultural delegation” (probably to teach Hamas how to plant more effective bombs along the Gaza Border fence).

The decision to allow these “delegations” in was made by IDF Chief Moshe Ya’alon himself, but only after the Turks agreed that they would not meet with any Hamas representatives.

What a joke.

By the way, the Egyptians will not let the Turks through the Rafah Crossing because they know that the Turks act in complete concert with Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Addendum:

*Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (again, what in the world is this outrageous unit of the IDF doing with Gaza–a place that Israel withdrew from 8 years ago).
