The War In The North
Hezbollah Missiles and Drones Fired So Far Today
Hezbollah has pummeled northern Israel and the Galilee with more than 200 missiles and drones so far today including 80 that were fired in one barrage between 15:40 and 15:45 in the areas of Haifa and the Galilee, and 10 more that were fired in another barrage between 16:02 and 16:03 in the upper and western Galilee.
Hezbollah Attacks Last Month
During October, 54 people were killed in the north (including southern Lebanon) as a result of Hezbollah attacks: 40 IDF soldiers, 10 Israeli citizens and 4 foreign workers.
Most of the missile attacks were directed against communities near the border: 81 against Metulla, 76 against Mishgav Am, 64 against the “Kiryats” north of Haifa, 46 against Kiryat Shmona, and 43 against Manara. At the same time, in October there was a significant increase in the number of attacks on more locations further south compared to previous months: 29 attacks against Tzfat and Rosh Pina, 25 against Haifa, 17 against Karmiel and 12 against Tel Aviv and Gush Dan.
Eliminations in the Last 36 Hours
*The IAF eliminated Hezbollah commander Salim Ayyash who was convicted in the murder of Lebanese Prime Minister Rafic Hariri in February 2005, who was supposed to be in jail. He was targeted in Al Qusayr.
*Israeli airstrikes in Damascus, killed Ali Musa Daqduq, the Hezbollah commander responsible for the “Golan file.”
On the Ground in Gaza
From the IDF Spokesman:
“On Saturday night, with the direction of precise IDF and ISA intelligence, the IAF conducted a precise strike and eliminated the terrorist Muhammad Abu Sakhil, head of operations for the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization in Gaza. Abu Sakhil operated in a command and control center that was embedded inside a compound that previously served as the ‘Fahed al-Sabah’ School in northern Gaza.
The Bidenites Strike Again
The Biden Adminstration is once again holding up shipments to the IDF–this time 134 D9 bulldozers which are indispensable in combat areas because they precede ground troops by getting rid of IEDs.
The bulldozers were purchased but the Bidenites refuse to deliver them.
IDF officials said yesterday: “The D9s are worn out from operations, and we need them for Lebanon as well. This embargo endangers IDF troops, especially from explosives.”
More Flights
American and European airline companies may have stopped flying to Israel but Emirati airlines have not.
As of yesterday, the Emirati airline Fly Dubai will return to operating 6 daily flights on the Dubai-Tala route, and starting next week, November 17, the company will return to operating 8 daily flights on this important route.
It should be noted that during the entire war the company continued to operate consistently and even expanded its activities to Israel, except for a few days when it stopped its activities in light of the security situation.
Fly Dubai ranked 4th last month in passengers carried from Ben Gurion Airport flying 45,780 passengers– 4.20% of the 1,090,000 passengers that flew.
