The News on the Israel Street
Palestinian terrorism over the weekend . . .
There were more than 50 Palestinian terror attacks reported by local residents between Friday evening and last night.
Palestinian terrorists carried out “rock” and Molotov attacks on the Husan Bypass Road, on the Gush Etzion Road between Al Khader and Efrat, at Kober, Silwan, Malik, A-Tur, Rehelim, the Gaza border, Shuafat, Psagot, Hizma, Road 443, Hevron, Kiryat Arba, near the Tapuach Junction, and at least 25 other places.
Palestinian terrorists set fire to the Talam Community security fence on Mt. Hevron and put an IED on the fence at Kochav Yaakov .
Palestinian terrorists shot and wounded an IDF soldier near Aqbat Jaber.
A Palestinian terrorist on his way to carry out an attack was shot and wounded at Beit Safafa.
“A place of healing”: Mekasset Hospital during the Temple Mount riots . . .
In the latter part of July, while the Temple Mount riots were raging, Israeli police raided Makessed Hospital in eastern Jerusalem. They were looking for the source of the “rock” attacks being used against them as well as other weapons.
At the time, the Police were condemned by the media (including the idiotic Israeli media) as being “barbaric” for their search in a place of healing.
Yesterday, a video surfaced of hundreds of rioters taking “rocks” (actually concrete blocks) from the hospital and using them to attack the police. This is a screen shot of Palestinian terrorist throwing a “rock” off the top of Mekassed Hospital at police below:
The IDF briefing at Neve Tzuf . . .
The transcript of a “conversation” that IDF Central Command Chief Roni Numa had with the residents of Neve Tzuf following the slaughter there of the Salomon family has just come to light, courtesy of hakolhayehudi.
Among the more “interesting” statements, questions, and answers:
—–
Numa statement:
We divide the Arab population into four categories: violent, deterred, indifferent, and discriminated . . . Within an hour, a person can move from one category to another.
One wonders what the differences are between violent and deterred. And what is discriminated supposed to mean?
Community question: In which category is the mother of the terrorist who supports his terrorist act?
Numa: (No answer)
Community question:

“Why don’t you stop the anarchists who come every Friday to Nabi Saleh to incite the Arab population?”
Numa’s answer: Because we cannot identify the names of the anarchists.
—–
Say what? The IDF cannot find out the names of the anarchists (read “leftists)?
Can’t find or doesn’t want to find? What unmitigated horse manure.
Good news from the Jewish National Fund . . .
For the first time in ten years, the JNF-KKL will aggressively attempt to purchase land from Palestinians in Judea and Samaria. A recent advertisement specified a job opening for “a coordinator to locate properties of Arabs who want to sell land to Jews and receive proposals from them.”
Of course, all of the NGOs on the “left” are up in arms. Peace Now issued a statement which reads in part: “It is very unfortunate that the JNF has decided to return to this dubious and vulgar realm . . . the purchase of land for the settlements harms the prospects for peace and the two-state solution, and threatens the Zionist vision.”
Dubious and vulgar realm? Why is a Jew purchasing land from an Arab dubious and vulgar?
Threatens the Zionist vision? The early Zionists who came here in the 1880s and later purchased land from Arabs. Did those purchases threaten the Zionist vision?
What is dubious and vulgar and a threat to the Zionist vision is how Israel continues to let Arabs (and we are not talking about Israeli-Arabs) buy land in Israel–something about which Peace Now and all of its leftist cronies have nothing to say.

Tony Blair: Stuffing His Pockets With Arab Money
(as if we didn’t know)
It is just amazing how current and former political leaders sell themselves to the Arabs.
Remember how former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon jetsetted around the Mideast during the 2014 Gaza war wining and dining with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry–all of which (private plane, wining, dining, hotels) was paid for by Qatar, the very country that helped provoke and support the war against Israel?
Now, we come to find out through leaked emails in London’s The Telegraph that the illustrious Tony Blair, Quartet member and “Middle East envoy extraordinaire,” has actually been on the secret payroll of the United Arab Emirates all along.
Not only did the U.A.E. secretly fund Blair’s London Office, it also paid Blair millions of dollars in “consulting fees” which Blair used to build a vast real estate empire.
All while Blair was supposed to be an impartial participant in the “peace process.”
What a surprise. Not.
We have often reported on israelstreet that Blair is nothing more than a rank Arab apologist who is pro-Palestinian to the core. We just didn’t know how deeply he was lining his pockets.
