Your humble servant is in transit from San Francisco to Tel Aviv. Today’s blog will be necessarily abbreviated. Our daily blog will return on Wednesday morning, Israel time.
The Photos of the Day
Glick was immediately detained by the Israeli police for “disturbing the public order.” They subsequently asked the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court to bar Glick from the Temple Mount until after the High Holy Days.
Fortunately, the Court refused, and ruled that Glick can return tomorrow.
Hi ho hi ho, it’s gallivanting again he goes.
Is Yair Lapid ever in Israel?
This time he’s off to New York to speak at the United Nations where he will no doubt say everything that PM Netanyahu used to say and which Lapid criticized him for.
Then he will meet “on the sidelines” with President Biden for a few minutes (you remember how he begged for the meeting) and with Turkish PM Erdogan for even less time.
The News on the Israeli Street
Palestinian terrorism in the last 24 hours . . .
Following a shooting attack on an Israeli in Hawara a week and a half ago, a group of residents armed with weapons has begun patrolling the streets. In the incident, a community member’s car was riddled with bullets, but he somehow escaped.
A Palestinian terrorist attempted to run over a security guard at a checkpoint near Rimonim. The Israeli was not wounded, but the terrorist escaped.
Givat Assaf, Road 55 near Nabi Elias, Migdalot, the Avraham Hasnou intersection in Hevron, between the Ma’ale Levona Darom intersection and the Shilo Junction, between Avitar and Magdalem: these are a half dozen of the more than two dozen locations where “rock”, Molotov, and IED attacks were carried out by Palestinian terrorists.

The Leftist American Media Rushes To Support Biden’s Iranian Deal
Iranian President Raisi was the subject of yesterday’s 60 Minutes program on CBS television.
Why?
So that he could defend the Biden Nuclear Weapons Appeasement Agreement with Tehran.
He told self-described “journalist” Leslie Stahl that “Iran would use nuclear power for peaceful purposes in medicine, agriculture, oil, gas.”
To which Stahl just nodded in agreement and even defended Raisi.
It is pathetic what passes for journalism these days.
