The Sad Photo of the Day

Supporters and members of the Goldin family were out at Erez Crossing to block workers from Gaza entering Israel (photo Zindel).

Supporters and members of the Goldin family were out at Erez Crossing to block workers from Gaza entering Israel (photo Zindel).

Why is this sad? It is sad because the government has done nothing over the last 7 years to retrieve the bodies (or body parts) of these soldiers from Hamas terrorists. And they most certainly will do nothing now.

The News on the Israeli Street

A Palestinian terrorist attempted to stab Israeli soldiers at the Ariel Junction. The Israelis were unhurt.

Palestinian terrorists attacked Israelis with IEDs, Molotovs, “rocks” 0n Road 60 north of the British Police Junction (Israeli woman wounded), on the Jerusalem-Gush Etzion Road beside Al-Khader, on Road 465 at the Al-Abud Bypass, at the Beit Hadassah neighborhood in Hevron, on Road 466 near Na’alin, and at numerous other places.

Palestinian terrorists attacked Israelis soldiers at the Jalama Crossing with IEDs. The terrorists escaped.

Two heavily armed Palestinian terrorists were captured as they tried to infiltrate into Israel from Samaria.

Palestinian terrorists threw 5 Molotovs at the Beit El security fence.

More Palestinian threats . . .

Amidst threats from the PLO and Hamas they they will attack Israelis in Jerusalem during the high holy days, security in the capital has been heightened:

On the economic front . . .

Israel’s GDP soared by 6.8% this past month–in the midst of soaring price increases.

Apparently, Israeli consumers continue undaunted by exorbitant prices.

Golf anyone? . . .

The Israel Land Authority has issued a bid process for the construction of a golf course in Eilat.

In Eilat?

You had better bring plenty of sunscreen if you intend to play.

TODAY’S BLOG

Playing Lapid and Gantz For The Morons They Are

Do you remember back a few months ago how our craven government issued numerous concessions to the Palestinians in return for the PLO not proposing prosecution of Israelis in the International Criminal Court in The Hague?

Yesterday, “the representative of the European Union to the Palestinian Authority, Son von Burgsdorf, called on the International Court of Justice in The Hague to investigate the IDF on suspicion of committing war crimes.”

Do you think for a moment, dear reader, that von Burgsdorf’s call was not made with the explicit encouragement and knowledge of Mahmoud Abbas and the PLO?

This was the plan all along.

Play Lapid and Gantz for the morons they are.
