“According to Islam, whoever kills a Jew goes to paradise.”

SPECIAL NOTICE

It has now been 11 days since Eyal Yifrah, 19, Gilad Shaar, 16, and Naftali Fraenkel, 16 were kidnapped and last seen alive. Wherever you are, support the campaign to “Bring Back Our Boys”.

**Remember the terrorist that infiltrated the Gaza fence two days ago carrying weapons and a grenade?

To see how dangerous the situation is on Israel’s perimeters, one only need take a look at the Za’ayem “pass” every morning at 5:30 am when the flood of illegal Palestinians begins to enter Jerusalem over the separation fence:

There are no police on either side of the fence to stop the flood.

This slightly blurry picture was made by an amateur photographer yesterday. There are no police on either side of the fence to stop the flood.

Once on the other side, the Palestinians are right in the heart of Jerusalem without having had to go through a security checkpoint–which by the way is only a few hundred meters from the above location.

This is only part of a larger problem. Almost everywhere you look–on the Gaza Border, on the Jordanian Border, on the Syrian Border, and in Judea and Samaria, the fences that Israel has erected to keep out terrorists are, in various places, porous and unguarded.

**Do you remember the last few sentences of yesterday’s blog:

“Undoubtedly, ISIS (the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) would like to include Sunni Israeli-Arabs as well as Sunni Palestinians. Watch for this group to begin to form support groups in the Palestinian Autonomous areas in the coming months.”

Yesterday, an article appeared featuring Franklin Lamb, a lawyer from Beirut who has ties to ISIS. Here are a few excerpts from that article:

———-

“Lamb, who has access to ISIS fighters and sympathizers, said ISIS has been working with a “new specialized” unit organized at the beginning of 2013 to focus exclusively on destroying the Zionist regime occupying Palestine. Lamb added that the ISIS “Al-Quds Unit” is working to broaden its influence in more than 60 Palestinian camps and gatherings from Gaza, across “Occupied Palestine,” or Israel, to Jordan and from Lebanon up to the north of Syria “seeking to enlist support as it prepares to liberate Palestine.”

“[According to Lamb] ISIS estimates it will take 72 months to “liberate” “Occupied Palestine,” or Israel. Lamb quoted an ISIS member as saying: “Zionists call us masked, sociopathic murderers, but we are much more complicated and representative of those seeking justice than they portray us. . . History will judge us after we free Palestine.”

“Lamb said ISIS can do what no other Arab, Muslim or Western backers of resistance have been able to accomplish. He quoted the ISIS member as saying: “All countries in this region are playing the sectarian card just as they have long played the Palestinian card, but the difference with ISIS is that we are serious about Palestine and they are not. Tel Aviv will fall as fast as Mosul when the time is right.”

“The WND source said ISIS appears “eager” to fight Israeli armed forces “in the near future despite expectation that the regime [Israel] will use nuclear weapons.” “Do you think that we do not have access to nuclear devices?” Lamb quoted the ISIS member as saying. “The Zionists know that we do, and if we ever believe they are about to use theirs, we will not hesitate. After the Zionists are gone, Palestine will have to be decontaminated and rebuilt just like areas where there has been radiation released.”*

By the way, you may recall that immediately after three Israeli teenagers were kidnapped, a group called Dawlah al-Islam claimed responsibility and even distributed flyers throughout the Hebron area boasting of what they had done.

This claim was immediately discredited by Israeli authorities and nothing was heard from the group again. ISIS is also known as DAASH, the acronym for al-Dawlah al-Islamiyah fi al-Iraq wa-al Sham**.

**Your humble servant has long been a harsh critic of the Israeli government’s lack of reaction to the massive “rock” throwing that goes on in Judea and Samaria. Part of my concern has been that no one seems to understand that “rocks” actually mean “concrete blocks and large boulders dropped from rooftops” as well as “razor-sharp tiles, pieces of glass, and jagged stones” hurled at soldiers and civilians.

So on the one hand, I was excited to hear today that changes are in the wind at the Justice Ministry insofar as the punishment for these types of attacks is concerned. That Ministry has indicated that it is going to recommend a new law prescribing harsher punishments for Palestinian terrorists who throw “rocks”.

However, to show how out of touch Tzipi Livni’s Justice Ministry is with the situation in Judea and Samaria, that Ministry declared in the preface to the new law that a distinction needs to be made between “dangerous rock throwing” and “less dangerous rock throwing”. As an example of the latter, the proposed law mentions “throwing rocks at stationary soldiers from a distance.”

Say what?

Apparently the apparatchiks in the Justice Ministry don’t realize that stationary soldiers are an especially vulnerable target for “rock” throwers.

It was revealed yesterday that Ziad Awad, a terrorist murderer who was released in the Gilad Shalit exchange back in 2011, was the murderer of Police Chief Superintendent Baruch Mizrahi.

Awad brutally shot Mizrahi to death in his car outside of Hebron while driving to a Passover seder a few months ago. Awad also wounded Mizrahi’s pregnant wife and nine-year-old son.

Awad was captured along with his accomplice, his 18 year old son Izz a-Din, in an operation carried out by Israel’s Shin Bet. As you can gather from Izz a-Din’s name (Izz a-Din is the name of the military wing of Hamas), both father and son are members of Hamas.

Why did Awad kill Mizrahi? According to his son, Awad said that “according to Islam, whoever kills a Jew goes to paradise.”

Your humble servant has often remarked that every time that there is a release of Palestinian terrorist murderers, each of these murderers is being put back on the street to kill again.  Ironically, Awad was initially convicted and sentenced to 27 years back in 1999 for killing “Palestinian collaborators.”

Yesterday, PM Netanyahu ordered that Awad’s house be demolished–the first time such a demolition has taken place in some 7 years. Nevertheless, this was little consolation to Mizrahi’s widow, Hadas,  who commented that Awad should have been executed for murder to begin with:

“Had they not had a bargaining chip, and had they not known that they can be freed – Baruch would have been alive. A death sentence is the solution and we would like to hope that the state of Israel will give terrorists death sentences, not a prison sentence that is a five-star hotel and not a university for training for the next terror attacks.”

How true.

And how many times did we hear the Families of the Bereaved in Israel warn that terrorist murderers would murder again?

Terrorist murderers should be executed. No more hostages, no more bargaining chips, just pure and simple justice.
