Hostage News

(l-r) Karina Ariev, Daniela Gilboa,  and Doron Steinbracher: 3 female hostages that appeared in a HamISIS propaganda video published today. It is not known when the video was made or whether these hostages are now dead or alive (in previous videos, those who appeared ended up dead):

The Kangaroo Court in The Hague

As if anyone cares, the Court issued its opinion today on the case brought by South Africa accusing Israel of genocide.

The Court rejected South Africa’s demand for an end to the war, and called for a release of the hostages. However, the Court did not reject South Africa’s claim of genocide outright and ordered Israel to return in one month to describe what it is doing to protect Gazan civilians and provide humanitarian aid.

As we have previously written, it was foolhardy for Israel to participate in this fiasco and give this kangaroo court a say in what is happening in Gaza.

On the Ground in Gaza

*Palestinian terrorists in Gaza fired missiles at:

Kissufim (17:36); Ein HaShlosha (17:20); Netiv HaAsara, Ashkelon (16:21); Sderot, Nir Am (15:05).

*From the IDF Spokesman:

“Air Force fighter jets directed by the fire center of the 98th Division carried out airstrikes against dozens of targets: operational apartments, ammunition depots, observation posts and gathering points for terrorists.

The fighters of the combat team of the paratrooper brigade identified five terrorists entering a military structure of the organization. The fighters directed an aircraft that attacked and eliminated the five terrorists who were in the building.

In other battles in the area, the fighters eliminated several more terrorists.

The fighters of the battle team of the Givati Brigade eliminated a squad of six terrorists who threatened the troops with the help of tank gunners and snipers.

In the north of the Gaza Strip, the combat team of the 5th Brigade, in cooperation with the Air Force, attacked terrorist infrastructures of the terrorist organization Hamas. The fighter jets attacked a trapped structure as well as a military structure, an anti-tank position and an operational shaft and the fighters of the brigade eliminated a number of terrorists by firing tanks and targeting aircraft.

During the night, the Navy fighters attacked targets and provided fire support along the coastline in the Gaza Strip, as part of an aid effort to the forces of the Nahal Brigade’s combat team maneuvering in the Strip.”

On the Ground in the North

Hezbollah fired missiles at the IDF base on Mt. Hermon (18:02). There were no casualties.

From the IDF Spokesman:

“An IAF fighter jet attacked a military building used by the Hezbollah terrorist organization in the Bint Jabal area a short time ago. Last night (Thursday), the IDF attacked another military structure of the organization in the Al-Hiyam region of southern Lebanon.

In addition, a short time ago, a number of launches from the territory of Lebanon towards the Hermon area were identified that fell in open areas. The IDF attacked the sources of the shooting. Also, from the morning hours the IDF fired artillery at several areas in southern Lebanon.”

In the Red Sea

The American command announced that at 1:30 pm Yemen time, a ballistic missile fired at the USS Carney from Yemen was successfully intercepted.

Bidenites On Parade

Following Israel’s criticism of the terrorist country of Qatar, John Kirby spokesman for the U.S. National Security Council absurdly praised Qatar for its efforts to free hostages held by its Hamas.

Following Israeli protesters’ successful stopping of humanitarian aid trucks from entering the Kerem Shalom Crossing yesterday and today, the Biden Administration issued a statement condemning the protesters. This is the same Biden Administration that praised the Israeli protesters against the government and against the judicial reform last year.

Other “Airline” Reportage

*Turkish Airlines has canceled all flights to Israel in its continuing anti-Semitic efforts to villify Israel. This cancellation is good news: Israel should divorce itself completely from viciously anti-Semitic Turkey.

*El Al has canceled all flights to South Africa following South Africa’s accusations against Israel in The Hague. This cancellation is good news: Israel should divorce itself completely from viciously anti-Semitic South Africa.
