Selling the Soul of Judaism
Public Security Minister Omer Bar-lev, the Israel police, and the Coalition Government have outrageously agreed to the Jordanian government’s demands for an increased Waqf presence on the Temple Mount—in the form of 50 more Wakf policemen.
Can you believe this?
Of course you can. This government has sold its soul to the devil in the form of Mansour Abbas and the Islamist Ra’am party. Abbas has conditioned his continued support for the Coalition on Israel accepting the Jordanian demands on the Temple Mount issue.
To put it a different way, Bennett, Lapid, and Gantz have relinquished our sovereignty over the holiest place in Judaism to the Islamic Wakf in order to remain in power.
It is just plain sickening.
A student from Malawi, who had worked with an Israeli health volunteer in his country battling AIDS, came up to us as we walked down the street in the UC-Davis Picnic Day Parade and wanted to carry the Israeli flag.
