As regular readers of OneIsrael know, we do not publish a blog on Shabbat, but instead offer a few photos for your perusal.

A terrorist in Kfar Jaba firing at our soldiers three days ago. This is what our soldiers face every time they enter Palestinian settlements. Fortunately, in this case, the terrorist was killed by our YAMAM fighters.

Terrorist thwarted. A Palestinian woman disguised as a MADA paramedic drove into Kiryat Arba yesterday. Her car, which had a MADA placard, immediately aroused suspicion. She was captured before she could carry out her attack.

Photos 4-9: Purim in Ramot (our son’s neighborhood in Jerusalem). These are photos that I took on Wednesday.

Photo 4:

It's difficult to imagine how much effort goes into the Purim costumes that parents create for themselves and their children. This mother (Marie Antionette?) and her children arrived at our son's gate to give a Purim gift.

The woman in front

The woman in front belongs to the wonderful Association for the Soldier. She along with others arrived on the Gaza border yesterday to give parcels and treats to our troops–these belong to the group that takes care of the Iron Dome batteries.
