As regular readers of OneIsrael know, we do not publish a blog on Shabbat but instead offer a few photos/graphics for your consideration.

These are the weapons and ammo clips taken off of the two terrorists who were killed today in Nur Shams near Tulkarm. The terrorists were the ones who assaulted Israelis at Avni Hefetz earlier in the week. No Israelis were wounded in the operation.

In the last week, walls and berms have gone up all over southern Israel in anticipation of another war with the Palestinians in Gaza. They are especially being raised in areas where Palestinian snipers can target Israelis such as along the road you see in the photo.

A student from Malawi, who had worked with an Israeli health volunteer in his country battling AIDS, came up to us as we walked down the street in the UC-Davis Picnic Day Parade and wanted to carry the Israeli flag.
