UPDATE 7:00 PM

*The IAF has fired more than 100 missiles into Khan Younis in the last hour in one of the heaviest barrages of the war.

*According to a government source, at least 15 of the remaining 137 hostages are dead.

*In the north, six missiles targeted Kiryat Shmona (17:10). The IDF attacked a Hezbollah weapons depot in Aramsha in response.

*Incoming missiles in the south for Beersheva, Ein Hashlosha, and Nirim (16:59).

According to Arutz Sheva, the U.S. is demanding Israel  “increase the number of trucks entering Gaza to more than 200 per day, compared to only 100 that have entered since the collapse of the cease-fire, and to increase the amount of fuel to 180,000 liters per day – three times the amount entering Gaza since the collapse of the cease-fire .” The Americans don’t seem to realize the connection between increased fuel and increased missile fire targeting Israelis.

What Has Happened on the Lebanese Border So Far Today?

*A guided missile was fired at Metula from Lebanon (13:00).

More Missing Declared Dead

It turns out that a special task force has been slowly combing frame by frame through the hundreds of videos related to the October 7 massacres. In the process of doing so, they continue finding that some of those thought missing were actually dead before they were taken to Gaza in the backs of pickup trucks and on motorcycles.

This morning another man thought to be missing was declared dead based on the videos.

A Barber’s Touch

The sheer scale of people volunteering to help our soldiers is amazing. One barber in the south operates a mobile barbershop. He is easily recognizable because he arrives at the IDF staging areas in his “Moustache Mobile“:

Another remarkable volunteer.

Another remarkable volunteer.

From which he and his team set up his barbershop:

Kolakevod to all the volunteers!

Kolakevod to all the volunteers!

UPDATE 8:00 AM

401 IDF soldiers, policemen, and first responders have fallen in battle since October 7th.

75 of these are IDF soldiers who have died in the ground offensive in Gaza.

This includes these three soldiers who gave their lives in defense of Israel in the past 24 hours:

Sgt. Maj. (res.) Neriya Shaer, 36, from Yavneh, a fighter in Battalion 6655, Brigade 55–killed in battle in the center of Gaza yesterday

Maj. (res.) Ben Zussman, 22, from Jerusalem, a fighter in the reconnaissance department of the 601st Battalion, 401st Brigade Combat Engineer Corps–killed yesterday in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip

Sgt. Binyamin Yehoshua Needham, 19 years old, from Zichron Ya’akov, a fighter in the 601st Battalion, 401st Brigade, Combat Engineers Corps, was killed yesterday in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip

May The Memories of These Brave Soldiers Always Be For A Blessing

On the Ground Overnight in Gaza

Here in Ashdod, we have heard nonstop artillery fire and bombing from Gaza all night. Some of what we apparently heard:

*The IDF attacked around the Kamal Adwan Hospital.

*The IAF bombed HamISIS assets in Deir Al-Balach.

*The IAF struck the homes of numerous terrorists in Nuseirat, Khan Younis, and the center of Rafah.

*Massive artillery fire was directed toward Al-Carrara east of Khan Younis, at the Tupah neighborhood of Gaza City, and at other undisclosed locations.

Another Vile Terrorist Eliminated

Haitham Khojari, the HamISIS commander of the Shatti Battalion who planned and help carry out the massacres on October 7 was killed in an IAF strike which obliterated his home.

The Coming Week

The forces of IDF Division 162 are expected an operation to capture the city of Jabaliya and the Shujaiyeh neighborhood. Both areas are heavily defended by concentrations of HamISIS battalions, terrorists who fled into them from areas in the north, and so-called “civilians”.

In Judea and Samaria

Intense fighting this morning in several locations including Qalqilya and Jenin–there is even speculation that the IDF may undertake an operation in Jenin similar to that in Gaza.

In the Red Sea/Arabian Gulf

One of the ships hit by Iranian proxy Houthis yesterday, a British cargo ship, is in danger of sinking this morning.
