Maj. David Nati Alfasi, 27, from Beer Sheva, fighter in the 202nd Battalion, Parachute Brigade, was killed in battle in south Gaza.

Maj. Ilay Levy, 24, from Tel Aviv, company commander in the 202nd Battalion, Parachute Brigade, was killed in battle in south Gaza.

Capt. Eyal Mevorach Toito, 22,  from Beit Gamaliel, platoon commander in the 202nd Battalion, Parachute Brigade, was killed in battle in the south Gaza.

Note that all three were officers in the Parachute Brigade and all three were killed in the same firefight in south Gaza.

198 IDF soldiers have now fallen in the fighting in Palestinian Gaza.

May Their Memories Be For A Blessing

*IDF Reservists Continue Their Protests

A convoy of reservists leaving Gaza--on their vehicles, they have put banners demanding that they be able to finish the job.

A convoy of reservists leaving Gaza–on their vehicles, they have put banners demanding that they be able to finish the job.

What we have now is the remarkable situation in which IDF reservists are fighting to continue fighting. The reservists issued a joint statement yesterday: “We are all heartbroken here; there are still 136 abductees, why are we being released? It’s like admitting defeat.”

*Massive bombing is taking place in the Khan Younis area with the explosions heard all the way to central Israel.

The IDF Spokesman’s Statement An Hour Ago:

We have launched a combined attack of 4 brigades (the commandos, the paratroopers, the 7th brigade and Givati) on the west of Khan Yunis – and the forces are now encircling the Khan Yunis refugee camp from the west and have begun to maneuver into the camp as well. The divisional attack will continue for several more days, will include raids and other military operations, with the aim of dismantling the military framework of Hamas in the region.

Before the ground attack, a number of Air Force attack planes were launched over the area. Since the morning hours – more than 50 terrorists have been eliminated in the area, including a company commander who planned to carry out several terrorist attacks against our forces.”

*Now that our forces have in large part withdrawn from northern Gaza, the terrorists have emerged from undestroyed tunnels and are fighting again. Meanwhile, the Jabaliya market was open for business yesterday and was extraordinarily crowded:

Business as usual in Jabaliya--and we thought all the northern Gazans had fled south.

Business as usual in Jabaliya–and we thought all the northern Gazans had fled south.

*HamISIS published an outrageous document yesterday claiming that it had nothing to do with the massacre of Israelis on October 7th and absurdly describing itself as follows:

“Hamas is a national liberation movement with a moderate Islamic approach, rejects extremism, believes in the values of truth, justice, freedom and the prohibition of causing injustice. It also believes in freedom of religion and civilized human coexistence, rejects religious coercion, and also rejects the persecution of any person or the violation of his rights on a national, religious or sectarian basis.”

Can you believe this perversion?

Your humble servant wants to throw up.

It concluded: “The struggle against the occupation by all means, including the armed struggle, is a legitimate right, and in contrast, Israel has no right to self-defense.”

The Last 24 Hours in the North

*It turns out that the two prominent Hezbollah terrorists killed on Saturday in an aerial attack on their car east of Tzur were Ali Muhammad Haderaj and Muhammad Bakr Diab. Also, two others who were near the car were killed. Haderaj and Diab were both engineers intimately connected with development of various Hezbollah projects targeting Israel.

*The IDF Spokesman one hour ago:

“Fighter jets of the Air Force attacked a military building in the Maroon al-Ras area earlier today where terrorists from the terrorist organization Hezbollah were staying. After the attack on the building, many sub-explosions can be seen indicating the invention of weapons on the spot. In addition, three observation posts and a military structure of the Hezbollah terrorist organization were attacked in the areas of Marvin, Shehin, Tayba and Tir-Kharfa in southern Lebanon. Also, IDF forces attacked several other areas in southern Lebanon.”

The Last 24 Hours in Judea and Samaria

*There have been dozens of “rock”, Molotov, and IED attacks at such locations as Wadi Harmia south of Singil, Luban a-Sharqiya, and Tekoa.

*In the midst of war and in another obvious kowtowing to the Bidenites in Washington, the Netanyahu Coalition has issued orders imposing a construction ban on 9 new Jewish communities including Givat Assaf, Takuma and Amona, as well as on the hilltop communities of Maoz Esther, Ramat Magron and Oz Zion.

Can you believe this? Jewish community members are fighting and dying in disproportionate numbers in Gaza, and are fighting to defend themselves against Palestinian attacks in Judea and Samaria–and the government spends its time and IDF energy trying to shut down Jewish communities.
