The Iranian Noose Has Nearly Encircled Israel

UPDATES

**Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Memorial Day, begins tonight at sundown in Israel with ceremonies at Warsaw Ghetto Square, Yad Vashem, and Mt. Herzl in Jerusalem.

**Israel is not only supplying tunnel and missile building materials to Hamas terrorists in Gaza, but also it is now supplying trailers from Jordan for apparently residential purposes.

Why does your humble servant say “apparently for residential purposes”? Because every item that comes into Gaza is immediately commandeered by Hamas and used for its purposes–and Hamas could care less about the residential needs of Gazan residents.

**The Iranian-U.S. “framework” nuclear deal is already having the expected results.

Russia has agreed to sell S-300 missiles to Tehran; Russian giant Gazprom has initialed new agreements with the Mullahs; Germany has broken ranks with the U.S. and has adopted the Iranian position of demanding an immediate end to sanctions; and Italy has declared that it is moving swiftly to initiate new business contracts with Iran.

Barack Obama and John Kerry have instantaneously turned the illegitimate Iranian terrorist regime into the legitimate place to conduct business on a grand scale.

TODAY’S BLOG:

29 Hamas terrorists were captured in Shechem (Nablus) at 2 am last night. This comes in the wake of an attempt by Hamas “commands” in Turkey and Gaza to increase Hamas infrastructure in northern Samaria. To this end, they have been funneling large sums of money to terrorist cells in the area.

Where is the Hamas money in Gaza and Turkey coming from?

Iran.

What is happening in northern Samaria must be seen as part of the overall Iranian attempt to surround Israel.

Stop and think about the current situation.

Iran is heavily involved in Lebanon, having armed Hezbollah to the hilt. It is estimated that Hezbollah now has between 100,000 and 150,000 missiles, with Iranian guidance systems, pointed at Israel.

Iran is heavily involved in Syria in support of the Assad regime. Its reach now extends to the Syrian-Israel border on the southern Golan Heights where Iran’s Revolutionary Guards now maintain bases. More than this, Iran actively engaged in helping Hezbollah set up bases in the same area.

Iran is heavily involved in the Egyptian Sinai–and has been for the last half decade. Entering the area via the Sudan, Iranian military experts have long been involved in setting up terror groups in order to threaten Israel and Egypt.

Iran is heavily involved in Gaza. So much so in fact that even during the last war with Hamas, it was Iran (and Qatar) that pushed Hamas and Islamic Jihad to continue firing missiles in the face of Israeli destruction of Hamas infrastructure.

About the only Israel border which is not under the control of Iran is that of Jordan. However, as was pointed out in yesterday’s blog, that border is incredibly porous and likely to become a scene of Iranian infiltration in the near future–if it is not already.

So imagine what Israel might face in a future war:

Hezbollah firing missiles from Lebanon; Hezbollah and Iran firing missiles from Syria; Iran firing missiles from the Sinai; Hamas firing missiles from Gaza, Hezbollah and Iranian Revolutionary Guards attacking on the ground from Lebanon and Syria; Hamas attacking on the ground from Gaza, Judea, and Samaria. . .

This is the Iranian threat to Israel–the threat that grows stronger every day.

Oh, and did I forget? What about the Iranian missile threat from Iran? And the Iranian nuclear weapons program?
