Four Outrageous Quotes of the Morning

1.

“Haifa is in Palestine.”

Raja Zaatra, Deputy Mayor of Haifa speaking two days ago. Zaatra is an Israeli-Arab who self-identifies as a Palestinian.

Following widespread reportage of this comment which again underscored that what the Palestinians want is all of Israel, Haifa Mayor Yona Yahav fired Zaatra last night.

2.

“Yahya Sinwar had no choice but to attack us because he was Jews on the Temple Mount and got angry. Sinwar understood that as the head of a resistance organization, it has no right to exist if it does not protect the Temple Mount.”

Former Israel Defense Minister Bogie Ya’alon egregiously defending Sinwar at the Knesset yesterday.

Poor Sinwar had no choice? Barbaric HamISIS is a ‘resistance organization’? The massacres of October 7th were because of a few Jews on the Temple Mount? It’s amazing that the senescent Ya’alon has yet to process the knowledge that the October 7th attack was planned over the course of a decade.

3.

“The U.S. is very troubled about the impending closure of Al-Jazeera.”

A U.S. State Department Spokesman speaking this morning.

Lest anyone forget, Qatari-owned Al-Jazeera has been supplying HamISIS information about IDF troop positions and movements throughout the war. The law that was passed yesterday allowing the Prime Minister to close down media organizations that threaten our troops has nothing whatsoever to do with free speech.  What the Bidenites are troubled about is offending Qatar.

4.

“The US is heartbroken and very disturbed by the incident. Workers providing humanitarian aid must be protected. We call on Israel to quickly investigate the circumstances of the case.”

American National Security Council spokeswoman Adrienne Watson on the deaths of “World Central Kitchen” activists in a car in the Deir Al-Balah neighborhood of Gaza yesterday.

We call on Israel to quickly investigate the circumstances of the case? Why Israel and not HamISIS? In every previous instance of this kind, it was HamIsis or Islamic Jihad that caused the deaths.

UPDATE 9:00 AM

On the Ground and Air In Syria

The building that was completely destoyed in Damascus late yesterday. It was located beside the Iranian Ambassador's home in a prestigious neighborhood thought to be safe from attack. According to unconfirmed reports, 2 F35s hit the building with 6 missiles.

The building that was completely destoyed in Damascus late yesterday. It was located beside the Iranian Ambassador’s home in a prestigious neighborhood thought to be safe from attack. According to unconfirmed reports, 2 F35s hit the building with 6 missiles.

The targeted assassination carried out by the IAF in Damascus yesterday was immensely successful, eliminating 11 terrorists including these 8 Iranians:

*Gen. Mohammed Reza Zahedi, commander of Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) operations in Syria and Lebanon

Arch terrorist,

Arch terrorist Zahedi.

In the past, Zahedi was the commander of IRGC ground forces and air forces. of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards. Known as “Hassan Mahdavi,” he was the commander of the 2000 Unit of the Quds Force, responsible for all shipments of weapons and precise weaponry to Lebanon. His elimination is second only in importance to that of General Qassem Soleimani some years ago (ironically, Soleimani’s face was on a banner that adorned the outside of the house where the attack happened.

*Gen. Muhammad Haj Rahimi, deputy commander of IRGC operations in Syria and Lebanon

*Gen. Hussein Amirollah, chief of general staff for the al-Quds force inSyria and Lebanon

*Hussein Aman Al-Lahi, senior IRGC leader

*Sayed Mahdi Jalalti, senior IRGC leader

*Muhsin Sadakat, senior IRGC leader

*Ali Aqa Babai, senior IRGC leader

*Sayed Ali Salhi Rozbahani, senior IRGC leader

There are unconfirmed reports that Quds Force Head Ismail Qaani was also in the building.

If you can believe this, Israeli military officials informed U.S. officials of the impending attack after the planes were in the air–but did not disclose the location of the attack. Subsequently, craven U.S. officials rushed to inform the Iranians that it had nothing to do with the attack.

All we can say here at OneIsrael is Kolakevod to our IAF and our undercover forces on the ground in Syria.

On the Ground in Gaza

These two photos from the IDF show the scale of destruction at the Shifa Terror Compound (aka Hospital) after we pulled out yesterday:

Before and after. It's doubtful the terrorists will be using the compound as a headquarters again any time soon.

Before and after. It’s doubtful the terrorists will be using the compound as a headquarters again any time soon. Remember that more than 200 terrorists were killed, and 500 more captured.

About the “New” PLO

Several days ago, we reported on how the U.S. State Department praised the “new Palestinian Authority.”

Just how new is it?

The new Minister of Palestinian Religious Affairs, Muhammad Mustafa Najam, regularly calls Jews “monkeys and pigs.”

The new Minister of Women’s Affairs, Muna Al-Khalili,  has often expressed her support for the terror attack in 1978 in which 37 Israelis were murdered.

And these are just 2 of the ministers.

Thank you to Itamar Marcus and Palestinian Media Watch for this information.
