Poor little Ahmed--he and his cousin carried out two abominable terror attacks.

Poor little Ahmed–he and his cousin carried out two abominable terror attacks.

As of this morning, Mahmoud Abbas’ office has issued a “clarification” claiming that Abbas never really said that Ahmed was dead and that Israeli forces “executed” him . . .

It was reported by Israel’s Channel 2 last night that Arab doctors and nurses in Israeli hospitals are refusing to treat Israeli victims of Palestinian terror attacks . . .

***One piece of good news . . .

The 13-year-old boy that Ahmed stabbed repeatedly in his head, neck, and torso has emerged from his coma and is improving.

***The ever-expanding Al-Aksa Mosque . . . and the ever-increasing attempt to steal Jewish holy sites . .  .

As if all of the vicious incitement about the Temple Mount spewing forth from the Palestinians is not enough, the Palestinians submitted a draft proposal at UNESCO (the UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) yesterday that specifies that the Kotel—the Western Wall—is part of the Al-Aksa Mosque.

This outrageous claim should come as no surprise to israelstreet readers; remember, it was last month that the main imam at Al-Aksa claimed that the site of the Tiferet Synagogue in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City is also part of the Al-Aksa compound.

And the lunacy does not stop there.

The same Palestinian draft proposal concerning the Kotel at UNESCO also specifies that the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron and Rachel’s Tomb near Bethlehem belong to Palestine.

One thing you can be sure of: the 58 countries of UNESCO will approve every proposal submitted to them by the PLO (aka the Palestinians).

TODAY’S BLOG:

The Obama Administration’s unprecedented attack on Israel continues.

It wasn’t enough that John Kerry himself fraudulently declared a few days ago that the cause of current Palestinian violence was “massive settlement” or that he followed this up with the malicious canard that Israel had violated the “status quo” on the Temple Mount.

Yesterday, we had the spectacle of the State Department spokesman proclaiming to the world that Israel is using “excessive force” in dealing with the terrorists.

Apparently, Israel and Israelis are not supposed to defend ourselves when we are being stabbed, shot, or blown to pieces.

Of course, this is not surprising because the world never wants Jews to defend themselves. As long as we Jews remain passive in the face of violence and threats of annihilation against us, all is well. The minute that we act in self-defense we are castigated, berated, and accused of using “excessive force.”

Yesterday’s proclamation is precisely the same canard that was used to castigate Israel during last years’ war with Hamas. How many times did President Obama and John Kerry falsely accuse Israel of using excessive force against Palestinian terrorists in Gaza? You may remember that Obama even refused to resupply the IDF with artillery shells because of the canard of “excessive force.”

The State Department’s declaration was particularly ironic because an Associated Press report yesterday stated that the American bombing of a Afghanistan hospital run by Doctors Without Borders on October 3 that killed 22 doctors, nurses, and patients and wounded 37 more people did use “excessive force” and was intentional—not accidental as Obama and Kerry have claimed. The report says that the hospital was targeted because the US believed that the hospital was a terrorist command center and weapons storage facility.

The charred outer shell of the hospital that the U.S. bombed. "Excessive force"?

The charred outer shell of the hospital that the U.S. bombed. “Excessive force”?

Interestingly, as of today, the U.S. has still not consented to an investigation by the International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission.

But the U.S. will find time today to condemn Israel yet again.
