TODAY’S BLOG:

A Bad Day For “Lefties”

Yesterday was a very funny day.

First we had the story of the video clip made by leftist Haim Schwartzenberg. His video showed his fellow leftists out on the Gaza border hanging pictures of the Palestinian terrorists who have been killed while trying to infiltrate Israel. Of course, Schwartzenberg’s group called the terrorists “shaheeds” and “martyrs.”

It was a performance worthy of a Greek chorus complete with black-dressed lefties wailing and mournfully chanting “Gaza is the largest concentration camp in the world”, “these people were murdered and shot in cold blood”, and, and, and.

A screen shot from the video: the poor leftie in black mournfully crying abut the pictures of the "shaheeds" (as she called them) on the fence.

In addition to the above comments, the leftist group also bewailed the “siege” of Gaza and the fact that Israelis are nothing more than “colonialist settlers” stealing Palestinian land.

So imagine their consternation several hours later when Palestinian channel Pal Plus started showing the video on its Facebook page. Its caption of the video was “Israeli settlers hung the pictures of Palestinians on the fence.”

Suddenly, the people fraudulently accusing Israelis of being settlers were themselves labeled as settlers.

Pretty darn funny.

Almost as funny as the little drama that played out at Ben Gurion Airport yesterday when Ariel Gold, the leftist national co-director of US left-wing activist group Code Pink and an advocate of the BDS, tried to enter the country.

Gold was known to Israeli border authorities because of her previous trip to Israel in which she made highly outrageous pictures of herself desecrating the Kotel:

At the Wall in the women's prayer section, Gold held her banner.

And a few minutes later in the Kotel plaza:

Of course, Gold makes her living back in the U.S. by castigating Israel at every turn. Here’s a recent picture of her and her cohorts at a demonstration in support of Palestinian terrorist Ahed Tamimi:

And another picture from 2016 when she appeared at the Democratic National Convention and interrupted Israeli Ambassador Ron Dermer:

So back to yesterday.

What do you think happened when she tried to enter Israel?

Here's a selfie she posted yesterday from Ben Gurion Airport.

She was unceremoniously denied entry.

Pretty darn funny and couldn’t happen to a more deserving leftie.

So all in all, it was a bad day for lefties yesterday–but a good day for the rest of us!
