Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours . . .

In Judea and Samaria:

IDF Lt. Col. (Res.) Dr. Avi Har-Lev, a resident of the Mount Hebron district town of Sansana in Judea, was found shot to death in the Lahav Forest in the southern Hevron Mountains overnight. A noted doctor, Har-Lev was wearing his uniform when found. Police suspect that he was the victim of Palestinian terrorists who regularly use the Lahav Forest to illegally infiltrate Israel.

Palestinian terrorists using “rocks” and Molotovs struck a bus near the T Junction, at Luban A-Sharqiya, Al Abuv, near Tekoa, and at various places in Gush Etzion.

A Palestinian terrorist attempted to stab IDF soldiers in Hevron near the Cave of the Patriarchs during the night. No soldiers were wounded; the terrorist was shot and taken to a hospital.

On the Gaza border:

Israeli artillery struck Hamas positions following Hamas sniper fire on Israeli bulldozers working along the border.
