Breaking News

This is the only photo that has appeared so far of one of the blasts off the coast of Tel Aviv this morning.

This is a blurry photo of one of the blasts off the coast of Tel Aviv this morning just before 7 am.

Click hear to see a brief video taken just after the explosions–and from which the above photo was taken.

Another photo apparently shows the missile trails over Bat Yam. The person who posted it on social media has circled the trails:

A wonderful way to start the new year--under missile attack again.

At least 2 missiles exploded off the coast of Tel Aviv where your humble servant is visiting this morning. The missile impacts were jarring enough to wake up everyone in this neighborhood in the central part of the city.

Explosions were heard as far south as Netivot and in all cities between there and here: Ashkelon, Ashdod, Yavne, Rehovot, Rishon, Holon, and Bat Yam. Some residents report hearing as many as 4 explosions.

The IDF has just (8 am) issued this statement:

Earlier this morning, two launches were identified from the Gaza Strip to the Mediterranean Sea that fell off the coast of Gush Dan. In accordance with the policy, no warning was activated and no interceptions were made.

Islamic Jihad has claimed credit for the launches.

This is a developing story . . . we will add to this information in the coming hours.

*Another egregious police rampage against Jewish community members–this time during an “evacuation” near Yitzhar. 4 people were wounded by “rubber bullets” and 3 more suffered from tear gas inhalation:

*The IDF’s planned operation against terrorists in Jenin has been canceled because the General Command decided to rely on the PLO to do it. What a sad joke when we have terrorists supposedly hunting terrorists.

What Will You Do For Israel in 2022?

Your humble servant would like to wish each and every one of you a very happy new year and a better year than last.

OneIsrael continues to be read in more than 100 countries around the world–we had 516,013 hits on this website in December alone.

What is it that unites us all? The realization that we all need to act for Israel.

In that spirit, your humble servant would like to suggest a few possible resolutions for you to add to your list for the coming year:

1. Write one letter or email supporting Israel to your local newspaper or to an online website. You will feel better for having done so.

2. Reach out to Israeli organizations that help specific populations such as the Hebron Fund.

3. Begin to make plans to visit Israel this year–if not this year, then next. Come see what you are fighting for. No matter your age, think about volunteering for Sar-El. Click here.

4. Send one email to your local elected representative supporting Israel.

5. Go to your local supermarket or grocery store (or shop online) and buy one food or beverage that comes from Israel. Try to do this once a week.

6. If you are outside of Israel, subscribe to the Israeli TV channel.

7. Support our IDF soldiers. Click on this link.

8. Organize a local support group for Israel.  It’s easier than you think. Even a group of only 3 or 4 people can zoom together and share thoughts and ideas!

9. Join an organization that does nothing except support Israel such as Christians United For Israel.

10. Continue reading and supporting OneIsrael.org.

What will you do for Israel in 2022?
