The News on the Israeli Street

Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours . . .

Another huge wave of terror in Judea and Samaria today:

Palestinian terrorists throwing Molotovs and “rocks” attacked Israelis on the Gush Etzion Road north of the East Halhul Junction, on the Gush Etzion-Hevron Road, at Migdalot, at a checkpoint in Hevron, on Road 443 east of the Maccabim Junction, on Road 465, on Road 458 near Rimonim, on the Hosen Bypass near Beitar, in Huwara, between Einbus Square and the Large Yitzhar Junction, at the Pharmacy Checkpoint in Hevron, at Har Homa, Neve Tzuf, Road 443 near Beit Ur a-Tahta, at Beit Anun Square north of Kiryat Arba, El Fawwar on Mt. Hevron, south of Givat Assaf, south of the Zif Junction, north of Singil, and at some 2 dozen more locations.

Palestinian terrorists set fires in Kiryat Arba.

Palestinian terrorists attacked IDF soldiers at the Nabi Salah pillbox and at a myriad of other locations.

Thank you to Rescue Without Boundaries SSF for the above reportage.

Our idiotic “Defense Minister” Benny Gantz has decided to close Judea and Samaria beginning at sundown tomorrow (first night of Passover) until . . . Saturday night.

About Jenin . . .

In the past few days, IDF forces have been operating in Jenin rounding up terrorists by the bushel. As all Israelis know, Jenin is one of the worst hotbeds of Palestinian terrorism–witness the recent murderous attacks in Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, and elsewhere.

However, it was revealed this morning by Brig. Gen. Menashe that “Defense Minister” Benny Gantz ordered the IDF  to not enter the Jenin area during the last eight months because of a request by PLO Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

Can you believe this? Of course you can.

Tamar and Yehuda Kedouri. Butchered in their apartment in Jerusalem. May their memory always be for a blessing.

Your humble servant wrote this in a blog on January 15, 2019:

“Yehuda and Tamar Kadouri, 70, were buried yesterday at Har Hanenuhot in Jerusalem. Found stabbed to death in their apartment Sunday in the Armon Hanatziv neighborhood, the police–as always–lurched about for any reason not to call their deaths terrorism. Believe it or not, their initial, outrageous, determination is that it was a murder-suicide.

I also mentioned in that blog that their deaths were undoubtedly connected to the stabbing of a 15-year-old girl at a bus stop beside the Kedouris’ apartment on the same day.

And so the matter rested for the last two years. The Kedouri family continued being told that their parents deaths were a murder-suicide despite the fact their throats were slit, and the family of the girl was told that no suspect had been identified.

Fast forward to today.

This morning, the Israel Police and Shabak announced that a terrorist from Hevron, Wassim Al-Sayed, has been arrested and charged with murder in the case of the Kedouris and attempted murder in the case of the girl.

But see if you can wrap your minds around this sequence of events:

1. Al-Sayed was held in administrative detention because of his ties with ISIS between 2015 and 2018 at which time he was released.

2. A short time later in January of 2019, he murdered the Kadouris and stabbed the girl–but the police failed to identify him as a suspect.

3. In 2019, he was rearrested by PLO “police” (for unknown reasons) and held for several months.

4. After his release by the PLO, he was again arrested by the Israel Police and tried for incitement and membership in a criminal organization (ISIS).

5. He was again sent to administrative detention.

6. When he was released from detention last month, he immediately returned to the Armon Hantziv area and within weeks committed another murder–this time slitting the throat of Moldovan citizen Ivan Tarnovski that he was living with and badly wounding another Moldovan roommate. At the crime scene, Police found evidence connecting him to the Kadouri murders.

7. A short time thereafter, he was captured trying to flee into PLO territory. He was armed with a knife.

How many times have we seen this gruesome pattern in Israel in the last month alone?

Negligent police. Negligent prosecutors. “Humanitarian” judges.

By the way, Israel Police sent a group of officers to the homes of the Kedouris’ children today to apologize for their mischaracterization of their parents’ murders.
