As regular readers know, OneIsrael has no blog on Shabbat, but here are a few photos and a video for you to peruse:

A plague of locusts? A cauldron of bats?

A plague of locusts? A cauldron of bats?

Neither locusts nor bats: approximately 400 white storks were spotted flying over the south Judean desert this morning on their annual migration to Africa.

An Israeli tank commander saw the above scene in which a young girl was climbing an observation tower that his tank had been ordered to destroy. When he saw the girl, he did not fire–and instead waited for the terrorist on the motorcycle to get her off of the ladder and safely out of harm’s way.

Another horrific car accident last night--this one beside Neve Daniel.

Another horrific car accident last night–this one beside Neve Daniel.

The driver of the car was killed.

In another tragic traffic accident last night, a 14-year-old girl who was walking along a street in Petah Tikvah was run over and killed.

A camel roundup yesterday.

A camel roundup yesterday.

Border Guards and police rounded up 18 unmarked and unattended camels in the Negev and transferred them to pens operated by the Nature and Parks Authority. Such camels are major problems on the roads of the Negev.

One of seven, new, illegal minarets which have been erected in Bedouin settlements in the Negev in the last month.

One of seven, new, illegal (no building permit) minarets which have been erected in Bedouin settlements in the Negev in the last month.

The minarets are just one more sign of the Bedouin takeover of the Negev.

One final photo:

Look closely, do you see a person dressed differently in the middle of this crowd of orthodox Jews?

Look closely, do you see a person dressed differently in the middle of this crowd of orthodox Jews?

It is Yossi Dagan, head of the Yesha Council in Samaria, who spent yesterday taking members of the Carlin sect on a tour of the Samaria to strengthen the ties between the ultra-orthodox and the Jewish communities.

Finally, take a look at this appalling video from the Temple Mount yesterday.

Click here to watch young school children from Akko chanting this on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem:

Our Al-Aqsa!
Put the cap on your head and a dagger on your waist.
We swear O Al-Aqsa, we are determined to forever
drink the martyrdom . . .
Every house in Sheikh Jarrah for us is the palace of
Palestine.
The days of Salah Al-Din will return. . .
May another victory come to you.

Jews defiled Jerusalem, behaved tyrannically and wickedly
and gathered the Jewish dogs of the world within you and in your land.

The Jews do not know that the owners of the land never lose. The rebel who takes part in the ‘resistance’– his weapon is the stone!

Allahu Akbar!!

And these are Israeli-Arabs . . .

Shabbat Shalom from Israel!
