Quotes of the Day

Quote 1:

“While we celebrate the approval of another crumb of housing units in Judea and Samaria inside existing communities, Area C is passing into Arab hands.”

A statement from the “Fight For Every Dunam” organization today.

The statement was made in the context of a 1,000,000 million Euro payment just made to the PLO by the Dutch government to illegally begin construction in a huge swath of 600 dunams in Area C.

The area in red is the area that the PLO is taking over--with no interference from our craven government whatsoever.

The area in red just north of Modi’in Illit is the area that the PLO is taking over–with no interference from our craven government whatsoever.

Quote 2:

“We will not pay Israel one cent.”

Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Elias Abu Saab speaking today about the abominable maritime “agreement”.

His statement refers to royalties from the Qana field that Israel has willy-nilly handed over to the Lebanese.

This morning comes reports that the Lebanese are still not on board with the agreement despite receiving everything they demanded and more. Now they are upset because the “agreement” excludes Iran and Hezbollah from being active in the Qana area.

Meanwhile, the Israel faux (aka transitional) Cabinet meets on Sunday to discuss the “Agreement”. As we have previously written, OneIsrael hopes that there is some sanity left in Jerusalem that will stop this atrocious giveaway from going forward.

The News on the Israeli Street

MADA in action on Yom Kippur . . .

Yom Kippur has come and gone, and as usual Magen David Adom was busy–and not just transporting former PM Netanyahu to the hospital after he fainted in the synagogue during the final prayers yesterday evening (he was released this morning).

Other incidents yesterday:

2,741 people were treated for non-injuries by MADA medics and paramedics of whom 1,920 had to evacuated to hospitals. 268 of the above fainted because of dehydration.

285 people were injured and needed medical treatment due to injuries from riding bicycles, rollerblades, scooters and skateboards.

The scene at one of the busiest roundabouts in Ashdod beside your humble servant's home. No cars on Yom Kippur--just thousands of bicycles and scooters in the street.

MADA teams were also called to transfer 133 pregnant women to hospitals. A MADA team delivered a baby in Jerusalem.

Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours . . .

A Palestinian terrorist responsible for multiple shootings in Judea and Samaria was killed during an IDF operation in Shechem yesterday. It appears that he was accidentally shot by members of his own terror group–the so-called “Lion’s Den”:

As you can see from this photo of the Lion's Den taken a few days ago, it is heavily armed and financed.

Palestinian terrorists opened fire at Chomesh and at the IDF position near Shechem overnight. No Israelis were wounded.

Palestinian terrorists operating in the Jordan Valley attacked the village of Machola and burned down buildings and destroyed crops with Molotovs:

The Iranian Drone Threat Expands–As Netanyahu Predicted

Former PM Netanyahu holding up a piece of an Iranian drone shot down over Israel. This photo was made at a security conference in Munich in 2018. Netanyahu tried to awaken the world to the Iranian threat.

However, at the time Netanyahu made his presentation and subsequent ones, everyone on the “left” and in Europe criticized what they called Netanyahu’s stunt.

It was no stunt.

You may remember that it was last month that Israel eliminated storehouses of weapons in Syria that housed drones and missiles. This followed a major attack carried out in Iraq that specifically targeted Iranian drones.

However, the Iranians have found a new terror tool–kamikaze drones which are designed to fly to a target and then crash into it–exploding on impact.

They have found a ready market for these kamikaze drones all over the Middle East and Africa. The primary buyer of late has been Russia which has been using them effectively against Ukraine.

What you are looking at is the "motherboard" of an Iranian "kamikaze drone."

What you are looking at is the “motherboard” of an Iranian “kamikaze drone.” This photo comes from Ukrainian forces that shot down and then dissected the drone. The motherboard contained components from American companies including Intel.

Obviously, Israel is extremely interested in the internal composition of these kamikazes–and Israeli companies are already hard at work producing anti-kamikaze weapons.

This morning it was announced that Israel is shipping some of these weapons to Morocco to deal with kamikaze drones that Iran has sent to Algeria.

Soon, as Netanyahu predicted, Israel will be surrounded by these drones which will be launched from Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, and possibly even Gaza. It is yet another threat for Israel–and the world to deal with.
