May His Memory Always Be For A Blessing

Major

Major Amisher Ben David

Maj. Amisher Ben David, 43, a commando brigade commander, fell in battle in southern Gaza yesterday. Ben David was the 18th soldier who graduated from the Eli Pre-Military Academy in Samaria who has died in the Gaza war. He was the father of 6 children.

In related information: it has been revealed that the wives of 30 soldiers killed in Gaza were pregnant when their husbands went to war. 8 of them have already given birth. All of these children have been born and will be born without a father.

Hostage News

Just two days ago we reported that there is credible news that “dozens” of hostages are still alive.

Yesterday, HamISIS released a video declaring that 7 more hostages are dead:

Yoram Metzger (80), Haim Peri (79), Amiram Cooper (84), Yitzhak Elgert (68), Alexander Danzig (75), Ronen Engel (54), and Eliyahu Margalit (75).

The families of Angel and Margalit had already been informed by the IDF months ago that their loved ones were dead and their bodies were being held by the barbaric monsters in Gaza.

We have often speculated here that most of the hostages are dead.

UPDATE 8:00 AM

On the Ground in the South

*Here in Ashdod, we have had nonstop booming coming from Gaza from 3 pm yesterday afternoon until this moment–booming which is coming from artillery strikes and bombs being used in attacks. On Israeli television at the moment, we see smoke rising from multiple attack locations.

*The 828th Bislah Brigade fighting in Khan Younis killed more than 20 terrorists yesterday in face-to-face combat.

*The “Fire Brigade” of the Givatis identified terrorists in the Hamed neighborhood, called in an IAF strike, and killed a terror squad.

*The IAF destroyed several sites in central Gaza from which missiles have recently been launched at Sderot.

*The IDF has completed a 3-lane wide, 6.5 km long, paved road between the old Israel border and the Mediterranean:

The new road dividing Gaza (satellite photo).

The road which runs from east to west effectively divides northern Gaza from the rest of the terror state. An Israeli security official said yesterday that “the road is intended to establish an operational foothold in the area and allow the passage of troops, as well as logistical equipment.”

On the Ground in the North

Following dozens of more missiles fired out of Lebanon at northern Israel, the IAF eliminated three Hezbollah terrorists last night in an attack on the south Lebanon town of Kharbat Salem. They were all from the same family: Jafar Marji, Ali Marji, and Hassan Marji.

Earlier in the day, the IAF struck Hezbollah military buildings in the Eyta al-Sha’ab area, military headquarters in the Majdal Zon and Kafra areas, and a terrorist warehouse in the Mahib area.

Over the Red Sea

The U.S. Navy reports that it shot down 28 drones fired out of Yemen toward Israel yesterday. This comes amidst reports that the Houthis will intensify their attacks during Ramadan.

Humanitarian Nonsense

Yesterday, your humble servant and his family took a walk along the beach in front of our house here in Ashdod. We found “humanitarian” packets for women strewn all along the beach:

Packets containing womens' hygiene products have washed ashore along the beach.

Packets containing womens’ hygiene products have washed ashore along the beach.

Obviously, these packets were parts of airdrop loads that were dropped in the Mediterranean instead of in Gaza.

Click here to see a young Gazan woman who is living in a tent in Rafah talking about how she has plenty to eat and drink.

Nevertheless, the international community remains hell-bent on providing more aid to the “poor starving Palestinians”, and the first ship (named “Open Arms”) to use the new Cyprus-Gaza sea corridor left Cyprus this morning.

Not only has Israel signed off on the building of a “temporary” sea port, we have also agreed to let the  U.A.E. set up a coastal “jetty” to receive “aid.” There is also a ship headed toward that jetty this morning.

By the way, we also now have multiple videos of food loads being dropped from airplanes whose parachutes failed to open. The “aid” loads hit the ground like bombs. You can watch one such video here.

Ramadan Begins Tomorrow

Amid reports that HamISIS and the PLO plan to carry out terror attacks in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the rest of Israel during Ramadan, hundreds of police officers–both uniformed and undercover–are being deployed all over the country, especially in Jerusalem.

The Biden Chronicles

We end this update with the latest from President Biden who now rolls out new comments about Israel everyday.

In his latest interview with MSNBC, the senile Biden said that Netanyahu does Israel more harm than good, and indicates that he wants to come to Israel again and speak to the Knesset.

What Biden would really like is a photo-op standing on the soon-to-be-built temporary floating port accepting food for Gaza.
