**The daily Palestinian terror report . . .

At 8:33 pm last night, Arab terrorists struck the Jerusalem Light Rail yet again–and yet again near the Shuafat train stop. Your humble servant simply cannot fathom why the police cannot stop these daily attacks.

At 4:22 pm yesterday afternoon, a passenger on an Israeli bus in the Mt. Scopus area of Jerusalem had be rushed to the hospital after a “rock” shattered the window beside which he was sitting and glass exploded in his face.

At 9:53 am yesterday morning, two Palestinian terrorists were captured while throwing Molotov cocktails at IDF troops near Efrat. Miraculously, no soldiers were wounded.

**Ah . . . those poor Palestinians . . .

Photographs have emerged of the ramshackle hut that PLO Chairman and unelected Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is reduced to living in.

One wonders who paid more for this Abbas' new home: American taxpayers or European taxpayers?

One wonders who paid more for Abbas’ new home: American taxpayers or European taxpayers?

Built at a cost of more than $13 million dollars, the Abbas compound covers 27,000 square meters.

**Speaking of money and Palestinians . . .

Remember how two weeks ago, the Obama Administration intervened in a case in New York in which the PLO had been found guilty of carrying out terrorist attacks against Americans–and ordered to pay $655 million collars?

Speaking in favor of the terrorists, Obama’s lawyers absurdly urged the court to reduce the financial punishment because it would “bankrupt” the PLO (look back at the picture above) and render the “two-state solution” a moot point.

Yesterday, U.S. District Judge George Daniels ruled that the Palestinians must immediately deposit $1,000,000 into a court-supervised account pending his ruling–and that they must deposit another $1 million each month until he makes that decision.

TODAY’S BLOG:

Your humble servant is sure that all readers of israelstreet remember the tragic incident in which the Palestinian infant burned to death in the house fire in the Dawabsha home in Duma three weeks ago on July 31.

It was that incident which sparked the government’s crackdown on the so-called “extreme right” replete with administrative detentions for at least 20 Jewish youth so far–administrative detentions of up to six months in Israeli jails with no charges, no indictments, and no court proceedings whatsoever.

Less reported the night of the fire were the facts that the house next door which also belonged to another member of the Dawabsha family was also “apparently” set ablaze–and it was yet another Dawabsha family member who provided the only evidence about seeing “masked men” throwing the Molotov cocktails that supposedly started the fires.

Well guess what?

Yet another house in Duma belonging to yet another Dawabsha family member–the brother of the man whose house burned last month–partially burned yesterday.

This time Palestinian officials magically determined instantaneously determined that the fire was probably caused by “an electrical problem” in the home.

And now it turns out, that the Dawabsha family (which is spread out all over Duma) has had 4 separate arson attacks in the last 5 months in which 4 homes and 1 car were torched.

All of which led one legislator in the Knesset yesterday to call for an immediate investigation: “There is information about a feud between families, and the Shin Bet and Palestinian security forces must investigate the motive for the previous firebombing and give answers quickly.”

Your humble servant could not agree more. Instead of rushing to judgement as Netanyahu, Ya’alon, Weinstein and their minions did, we should all wait and see what the result of the ongoing investigation is.

One last note: at the time of the fire back on July 31, a message written in Hebrew was found on the wall of the house. In fact, it was very poorly written Hebrew with many letter formations similar to those found in Arabic.
