Palestinian terror in the last two days . . .
More than 40 attacks have been carried out by Palestinian terrorists since Tuesday morning.
An IDF force operating along the Gaza border was fired upon as was another IDF patrol near Tula.
Other than those attacks there have been numerous “rock” and firebomb attacks at such places as Beit Rima, Biddu, Hawara, Nur al-Shams, Sinjil, Hizma, Zeita, Husan, Makel, Betar (Israeli wounded), Gush Etzion, Mt. Hevron, Ni’lin, Anata, the Maccabim checkpoint, Ofra, Road 443, and Mevo Horon.

Obama Stabs Israel In The Back One Last Time
By now, we all know what happened.
221 million dollars designated for the PLO yet frozen by two Republicans in Congress was released by President Obama on the final night of his presidency. The formal of notification of this release of funds was made to Congress several hours before Trump was sworn in on Friday.
It is worthwhile noting that the two Republicans, Ed Royce of California–the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and Kay Granger of Texas who is on the powerful Appropriations Committee, had placed the holds on the funds because of the Palestinians’ unilateral moves in the United Nations Security Council.

But this made no difference to Obama, obviously because he supported those actions in the Security Council.
So what are we to say?
Really there is very little to add that we have not written many times on this blog. Obama’s animus against Israel which was evident even before he was elected president in 2008, continued right up until his final moment in office.
It was an animus created and foretold in the harangues against Israel and the Jews that Obama listened to back in Chicago both in discussions with his coterie of friends and even in sermons from his pastor.
It was an animus that led your humble servant and his wife to campaign against Obama in 2008. It was an animus that even a blind person should have been able to see.
But even worse, it was an animus that undermined the relationship between Israel and the U.S., divided the American Jewish community, and ultimately delegitimized Israel at the United Nations.
Of course, this will not be Obama’s final stab in Israel’s back. We can fully expect former President Obama, just like former President Carter, to make speeches, write books, and give interviews that will applaud the Palestinian narrative and castigate Israel. We have at least 30 more years of Obama to look forward to.
Some final good news. Apparently the $221 million dollars have not been released yet. They have been frozen by the Trump State Department this morning pending a departmental review.
