Pictures of the Evening:

As you can see from the Israel clock, the evening has arrived in Israel and with it has come heavy snow on the Golan, moderate snow in Judea and Samaria, and rain and hail in Jerusalem. This picture is from Neve Daniel in Gush Etzion:

The News on the Israeli Street

Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours in Judea and Samaria:

Palestinian terrorists attacked Israeli men, women, and children with “rocks” and Molotovs at Ma’ale Shomron, Migdal Oz, Deir Abu Mash’al, Beit Anun, Beit Fajjar, Ni’ilin, Al-Khader, Luban a-Sharqiya, Ma’ale Amos, Beit Ummar, Shukba, Havat Yehuda, Deir Nizam, Talmonim, and Huwara.

From the Gaza border:

There is a unconfirmed report this afternoon that PM Netanyahu has decided to stop facilitating the payment of Qatari blackmail money to Hamas as long as the Friday attacks on the border fence continue.

There is another unconfirmed report that Egyptian intelligence, which is essentially Israel’s spokesman in Gaza, has severed its ties with Yahya Sinwar, the head of Hamas in Gaza.

It is frankly difficult to believe either of these reports. In the first place, PM Netanyahu has no spine when it comes to Hamas, and in the second place, Egypt wants to maintain leverage in Gaza.

Amazingly, on an evening with numerous power outages . . .

Israel set a record tonight with 13,000 megawatts of electricity consumed.

Around The World:

Kenya, Malaysia, Iran, Hungary, Australia, and Argentina

In Kenya, the al-Shabab terrorist organization killed 14 people in an attack on a Nairobi hotel complex. Afterwards, the organization declared that the attack was in retaliation for the US decision to move its embassy to Jerusalem.

In Malaysia, the viciously anti-Semitic government announced that it will not host any swimming competition in which Israeli swimmers are participating. At current issue are the World Paralympic Championships scheduled for July–a critical competition for those planning to swim in the 2020 Para-Olympic games in Tokyo.

In Iran, the Foreign Ministry claimed that Iran has no military forces in Syria, merely “military advisers.”

In Hungary, the search for Jewish bones in the Danube river came to an end after only one day yesterday. It was initiated after bones were found during the recent construction of a bridge across the Danube. The bones that were found were those of some of the estimated 20,000 Hungarian Jews who were murdered on the riverbank in Budapest during December 1944 and January 1945 by the Hungarian “Arrow Cross Party.” The picture on the left is of the “Shoes on the Danube Monument.”
