Palestinian terror in the last 24 hours . . .
On the Gaza border:
There are currently more than 3000 Hamasniks attacking our soldiers at the Gaza border fence with Molotovs, “rocks”, IEDs, and grenades. Thus far, there have been no reports of any of our soldiers being wounded.
These attacks come after another missile attack on southern Israel last night in the area around Kfar Azza.
In Judea and Samaria:
Four cases of bullets destined for Palestinian terrorists confiscated this morning.
The above capture of ammunition took place at the Meitar Crossing during a car inspection. The soldiers opened the trunk of the car, and found what you see.
Palestinian terrorists assaulted Israelis with “rocks” and Molotovs at Adam, Gilead Road, Sinjil, the Gideon Junction on Road 458, Hizma, the Yitzhar Junction, Road 463, Beit Ummar, and Al-Khader among other places.
The above incidents were reported by Jewish community members to Rescue without Borders, hakolhayehudi, and rotter.
News on the election front . . .

*Ayelet Shaked announced that she will run again with the New Right Party (Yemina), but this time with Naftali Bennett as leader.

The Fraud of Bensouda and the ICC
Fatou Bensouda, the ICC prosecutor who wants to charge Israel with war crimes.
Fatou Bensouda, the Chief Prosecutor for the International Criminal Court in the Hague, issued a statement yesterday declaring that sufficient basis exists to investigate Israel for war crimes in the “West Bank”, Gaza, and “East Jerusalem.”
None of this comes as a surprise. Bensouda is a devout Muslim and has often talked about how Islam plays a role in guiding her and her vision for the ICC. In an interview with Al-Arabiya, Bensouda proclaimed: “Islam, as you know, is a religion of peace. and it gives you this inner strength and a sense of justice.”
A religion of peace and a sense of justice? One wonders what planet Fatou Bensouda is living on.
At the same time Bensouda made her statement about war crimes, she also asked the Court to decide if it has jurisdiction over “the West Bank”, Gaza, and “East Jerusalem” those areas. This latter request came hours after Israel Attorney General Mandelblit issued a statement saying that it does not have jurisdiction.
What are the three major war crimes the Palestinians are accusing Israel of and which Bensouda has apparently bought into?
*The supposed war crime of “colonization”: construction of and within Jewish communities in Area C of Judea and Samaria. According to the PLO, this is the main war crime.
*The supposed war crime of “Judaization of Jerusalem”: reconstruction of Jewish synagogues in the Old City, action of police forces on the Temple Mount, purchasing of Arab homes in eastern Jerusalem, etc.
*The supposed war crime of “massacres of unarmed civilians” on the Gaza border during the last 18 months of “return marches.”
Colonization? Is it colonization of build Jewish communities in our ancestral homeland–a homeland which the Romans tried to eliminate 2000 years ago and the Arabs (including the Jordanians) attempted to ethnically cleanse of all Jews for the last 1500 years.
As PM Netanyahu said this morning: “It is a black day for truth and justice and turns the ICC into entity fighting against Israel. It wants to perpetrate the idea that Jews living in their homeland is a war crime.”
Judaization? Arabs are free to live (and have moved into) all areas of Jerusalem, but Jews cannot buy land in eastern Jerusalem? and cannot rebuild Jewish holy places destroyed by the Jordanians? and cannot exert our sovereignty over the Temple Mount?
Massacres of innocent civilians? What happens everyday at the Border Fence? Are we supposed to let terrorists try to kill our soldiers and try to infiltrate into Israel where they can kill our civilians?
The ICC will undoubtedly answer “yes” to all of the above questions as Bensouda already has. Israel will just have continue to fight the fight and do what is right.
